Wonderful host! Delicious grappa. Great locally made wine suggestions. Highly recommended to visit when in Zagreb!

We came here on the recommendation of a friend who lived in Zagreb for a few years. The recommendation was spot on: The sommelier was friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices were very reasonable. We had the opportunity to try before we buy, and found some new Croatian and Slovenian wines to enjoy on our trip.

Wonderful shop and just a few minutes from the city center. Spent a great afternoon with a few glasses and conversation with the owner and other customers learning about Croatian wines. Purchased some bottles for our trip around Croatia and those that we have already finished were great!

The customer service is outstanding - the married couple - I had the pleasure of meeting both in different times at the shop, just do their best to find what you need. They even called around and managed to find one exact vintage of an excelent wine produced by Skaramuča. I came back a week and a half later to find that the wine was not only found, but had been waiting for me all that time in the reserved section. Very nice of them indeed, all compliments to You, sir. The selection is also amazing... give them a try if you need good wine for any occasion.

Great place that offers a wide selection of Croatian, Slovenian, Serbian, Austrian wine, as well as wine from other regions. You will find some true gems from some amazing boutique wineries, as well as the well-established brands. The owners are super kind and friendly wine connoisseurs and make every visit to Vintesa a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely wineshop with very kind owners that will help you out as best as they can. They've got very good quality (natural) wines from the best regions in Croatia and from some neighbouring countries. Additionally they have local distilled liqueurs! The price range from the wines is super big so I am sure there something for everyone in this shop!
