Nice safari and zoo. A bit smaller than I expected. The restaurants are fairly priced but the souvenirs are a bit pricey. The animals are diverse and look healthy. The care takers are all around the place and you see the hardwork they put in for the welfare of the animals and the visitors. The line to the safari bus was a bit long compared to the amount of people. But mostly a good experience.

Worth visiting and great variety of animals. The free, unique safari bus ride is already worth the price, not to mention the creative activities at the zoo, including feeding giraffes and activities for families. You can also keep going on the safari bus tour as it has unlimited entries for all. Overall an enjoyable experience, very popular and will go again. Definitely bring extra water, snacks and an electronic fan because there are not many places with air conditioning.

It’s a great zoo for families, kids, and solo travelers. I’d recommend going early in the morning to avoid the heat. you can pay and take buggy to go around if you are not used to walk. There’s a wide variety of species. The highlight was definitely the AC safari bus drive through, were we will be taken close to giraffes, tigers, deer, zebras, lions, and even rhinos was incredible.Enjoyed the animal show and African dance performance. My favorite is giraffe feeding🤩 and chilled out at giraffe restaurant.

A Wonderful Day with Nature and Wildlife! Our visit to the zoo was an incredibly enjoyable and educational experience for the whole family. From the moment we entered, the layout was easy to navigate, with clear signs and maps to guide us. The grounds were clean, well-maintained, and stroller-friendly, which made it very convenient for families with young children. The variety of animals was impressive — from majestic lions and playful elephants to exotic birds and fascinating reptiles. Each enclosure was spacious and designed to mimic the animals' natural habitats, which showed how much the zoo prioritizes animal welfare. Informative boards near each exhibit helped us learn about the species, their behavior, and conservation efforts. The highlight of our trip was the interactive feeding session with the giraffes — an unforgettable experience! The staff and volunteers were knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to answer questions or offer insights about the animals. The zoo also had shaded rest areas, a kid’s play zone, and plenty of food stalls offering snacks and refreshments at reasonable prices. We spent nearly the entire day there and still felt like we could return for more. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a day close to nature while learning about the importance of wildlife conservation. We'll definitely be back!

Super kids friendly place. Amazing shows and animals to see. Make sure you book VIP tour in advance as on site it will be highly unlikely to book it. The waiting time for trams can vary. For us the maximum time was 25 minutes. Book the trams. They have strollers on rent.

Phu Quoc is a tropical island, so expect hot humid weather. After a few hours at the safari, you will start to melt. Go early as it’s not as hot in the morning. You can pay VND500k per person for. VIP tram. Or RM100k for the public tram with only three stops. The safari bus is included in the safari ticket price. There’s an animal show at 10am and 2pm. We missed it. The safari is best and the animals look active and well fed. Some unique restaurants inside the zoo especially the giraffe restaurant. Good for kids.

I recommend taking the safari vehicle — it was a fresh and thrilling experience to see lions passing right next to the car. There are also plenty of animals you can see by tram or on foot. When it comes to the Giraffe Restaurant, I’d only recommend the experience of feeding the giraffes. Unfortunately, the floors and tables were poorly cleaned, making the place feel almost like a mess.

Very good for family. My mom 73 years old and all kids were very happy with the visit as we joined the premier vip tour. You must join this! The tour guide will drive you everywhere with the buggy and tell you lot of information about the animals you see. Also, he helped us taking many beautiful group photos. Trust me, it's worth your money.
