This is a must-do in Phu Quoc! I booked a combo ticket (entry, zoo tram, and F&B) via Klook. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, often going out of their way to assist. While not everyone speaks fluent English, using Google Translate or knowing a few Vietnamese phrases makes things easier. During the animal bus tour, I was asked to leave a quick review and received a coupon to feed the elephants — such a fun experience! The zoo was very clean and enjoyable to explore. The food at the Giraffe Restaurant was average, but the giraffe views made up for it. Free shuttle buses run frequently, so definitely take advantage of them 🙂

We bought our tickets from one of the ticket booths along the road. We had some issues trying to purchase them online. On the way to the safari area, there are physical ticket sellers — you can easily buy your tickets there. I honestly had a lot of fun at the safari. There are bird shows and dance performances at specific times during the day, so make sure to check the schedule. However, I must mention that some of the cats’ cages were seriously small, which is a major issue in my opinion. After entering with your ticket, you need to queue near the bus area. From there, you board the safari buses that take you inside the enclosed areas for the safari experience. But DEFINITELY bring cash with you. You don’t need to buy an extra ticket to feed some of the animals — you can purchase food inside and feed them. The only problem is that the food can only be bought with cash. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable experience. The close interaction with the animals is especially impressive. I highly recommend attending the bird show — don’t miss it.

Zoos often end up being disappointing in one way or another, but this place is not like that at all. You can walk through it inside a forest, and it’s very nicely planned. It’s small enough not to make you tired, yet big enough not to feel boring — an ideal size. The variety of animals is very good, and seeing how healthy they looked really put our minds at ease. I especially loved the giraffes — they have a large area and you can feed them. We arrived early and there was a small crowd at the entrance, but getting around by train was very comfortable. Everything is well-organized and well-planned. When we left around 1 PM, there was no line at the ticket counter anymore. Of course, visiting in the morning or late afternoon might be better because of the heat, and the animals are more active at those times. I definitely recommend this place. It was fun and we still talk about the moments about the animals. We bought the tickets from counter and there was a que. And my husband waited for the entrance que and waited for 15 minutes. Therefore it would be better to have tickets online.

Despite the rain ruining parts of the day, our VIP tour turned out to be truly unforgettable — thanks entirely to our exceptional guide. We were really looking forward to the VIP experience, but heavy rain led to the cancellation of the bird show, and the combination of wet weather, crowded facilities, and long waits made much of the visit feel frustrating and unpleasant. However, our dedicated VIP tour guide completely turned the day around and made it one of the best zoo experiences we’ve ever had. She was highly knowledgeable, spoke Korean and English fluently with perfect ease, and her warm, patient, professional, and genuinely kind attitude made all the difference. She went far beyond expectations to ensure we still enjoyed a rich, meaningful, and fun time despite the weather setbacks — sharing fascinating facts and treating us with such care that we felt truly special. We even took a photo together, and although I unfortunately don’t remember her name, her outstanding service is what will stay with us forever. The company should be extremely proud of her — she truly deserves praise and our deepest thanks. Without her, the day would have been far less enjoyable (or even quite disappointing). We highly recommend the VIP tour, especially if you’re lucky enough to have her as your guide! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Vin safari is a kind of zoo. It has two parts. One you can visit by walking or can take tuk tuk ride. I would advise to go by walking so that you can explore the zoo at your own pace. Try to reach by 9 o'clock in the morning if u r doing both vin safari and vin wonder on the same day. Once you finish zoo by walking, you will reach at vin safari by bus. It's a restricted area where you will take a ride by bus. Try to finish it by 12-1 pm and reach vin wonder. At win wonder, there are 5-6 sections. Important ones are the sea shell (must watch mermaid show) , adventure World and typhoon world. Try to finish 1st two by 3 pm and go to typhoon world (water park). Water park will close by 5.30 pm. My personal take: day 1. Vin safari and grand world Day-2. Vin wonder If u r travelling through agent pre booking, make sure your agent doesn't put all three in one day. It will be exhausting. Mine was same. So I shifted grand world to other day.

Safari Phu Quoc is one of those places where you go in thinking “this will be nice” and leave thinking “okay, that was actually really fun” 😄 Beautiful surroundings, lots of attractions, and animals casually living their best lives while you drive around like a very curious guest. It’s well organized, spacious, and there’s always something interesting happening — from feeding times to unexpected “wow, that’s closer than I thought” moments. Great for families, animal lovers, and anyone who enjoys a mix of nature, fun, and light adventure without breaking a sweat. Verdict: A pretty place with plenty to see, lots to do, and more smiles than expected. Definitely worth a visit! 🦒🌿

Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc was one of the highlights of our trip. The safari bus tour was impressive — seeing animals like lions, rhinos, and giraffes roaming freely while we were safely inside the bus felt exciting and well organized. But the absolute best part was the giraffe feeding experience. Getting so close to them, feeding them by hand, and watching how gentle they are was unforgettable. It’s something both adults and kids will genuinely enjoy. Totally worth the extra cost. The park is clean, spacious, and well maintained. We spent around 3–4 hours comfortably without feeling rushed. It’s not cheap, but considering the overall experience and the scale of the park, it felt worth it. Go early in the morning to avoid heat and crowds. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Phu Quoc
