We went to Arbois for a day after a couple of weeks through Burgundy, Beaujolais and down the Rhone. The tasting here was fantastic. Pablo took us on a tour through Cremant, Chardonnays, the Red blend of Pinot Noir, Poulsard, Trousseau, and straight Trousseau, the amphora skin contact Savagnin and the Vin Jaune. All biodynamic ally farmed and skillfully made into stunning and expressive wines. We would have bought the shop out if we didn't have to fly back to Australia. We did but anothrr suitcase though. One of the most intettastings anywhere. Pablo's passion about wine in general from all over the world, and knowledge of the methods and practices used, combined with reverence for the owner's ideas and skills were fantastic. Being a great English speaker made it even better for us.

We walked in from the street, we got a free tasting and tried wonderful wines. The guy who runs the store is one of the coolest we’ve ever met! Their wines are very unique and they represent the terroir with pride. 10/10 would recommend!

We called ahead and popped in for a free tasting. The experience was incredible. Pablo was very funny, welcoming, and knowledgeable. And the wines… unmatched. Highly recommend!

Do not miss this tasting experience! Incredible wines, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere. Compared to other tastings in the area, this was the best by far.

Wonderful tasting in English and French - strong depth of knowledge and passion about the wines.

I bought 6 bottles of Cremant brut and 6 bottles of Cremant rosé. The 6 bottles of Cremant brut turned out to have gone bad. The cork was bad, the Cremant tasted like cork and rotten fruits, and even though cooled at cold temperature, the Cremant spurt out of the bottles, having the properties of beer, not Cremant. I contacted the winery with this issue and sent them pictures, but I received a reply that they do not see anything wrong with the Cremant. Such customer service I see for the first time in France. Disbelief in your customers. Unfortunately, more than 100 euros on the 6 bad bottles of Cremant were simply wasted. Never buying from this winery again and do not recommend anyone to buy from them.

Amazing quality from the new generation of winemakers. After trying 3 different providers/ tasting rooms and struggling to find much difference between them, Stephane Tissot’s were head and shoulders above them in quality. You’ll pay 2-3x the price, but get 5-10x higher quality. The lady serving was knowledgeable and helpful. A joy to taste at their space in Arbois.
