Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, location is good with lots of restaurants around the area, and it’s near shopping district so if you like shopping you might like this hotel. This place is a bit far from the Grand Place, it’s not a problem for us because me and my husband likes to walk, distance is about 2 km and around 30 minutes walk . Taking a shower is a bit of a challenge, because shower area was very small and we need to angle the shower head in one corner to avoid flooding the toilet area. Room was also small but it’s just enough for us.

The hotel was very good. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful and polite. The location was good but was a 25min walk to the Christmas markets.||We had two rooms booked a standard and superior. The only difference really was the bathroom the superior room had a bath with shower over it and the standard a small shower only.||We only had one mirror in the bathroom there wasn't a mirror in the bedroom at all which was a real pain as we both needed the bathroom to get ready instead of one being able to use a mirror on the bedroom.||Also it's a shame the bar closed at 10pm and you couldn't sit in the dining area or reception area all together as you had to leave there by 10pm as well as there are rooms there.||It is an old building so there is one very small lift which you could only fit 2 people and cases in or 4 people without luggage. It was also a creaking building we could hear people walking in the room above us.||Overall I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is good and price/quality is great. Location is perfect and design/stuff is fantastic. The room felt a bit small but still good in size and it was not exactly like the pictures but still cozy. Bathroom and shower were amazing.

Hotel is just off metro station Louisa and around the corner of Stefanie tram stop. Walk to the centre in 25 minutes. Hotel rooms are spacious enough for the price. Breakfast separate at 12 euro, but shops and bakery nearby. It is great that you have a water boiler and tea coffee options in the room. Bathroom well equipped, shower strong and hot, also on the fifth floor. If you leave your window open you wake up with the smell of fresh bread around seven, because the kitchen pipe apparently ends right behind the fifth floor rooms. I liked it, but that's a matter of taste of course.

Top layer of bed cover was clean but on the actual bed sheet you could see hair from previous client, seemed like they didn’t put on all new sheets. Front desk was polite, and overall atmosphere of hotel was cool.

Stayed here for a night. Checked in online. When I arrived got the keys and went to my room. Walk up two stairs. Little narrow but easy. Hotel is nicely decorated with vintage art. Looks very clean and classy. The area is also very classy and charming. You'll find access to many outdoor eateries. Drinking water is accessible at the sink downstairs at the kitchen. Clean bathroom and room. Overall good experience and would come back. Btw it's a key not a key card to access the room

Great place to stay if you want to be in the center of Brussels, about 20 minutes by foot away from the Groot Plaat. The hotel itself is very nice and cozy. |Room was nothing to complain about: Good bed and the room itself was also fairly spacious., Bathroom was fine, large enough and very clean. |Small caveat: i was on the second floor, very tight stairs, so if you are not good on foot you might have a challenge. Definitely would go there again.|Skipped the breakfast since I ran out of time, but it looked very nice and tasty. Lots of good shopping oppties and restaurants within a stones throw distance.

Really nice hotel close by all the hotspots in Brussles.|Rooms were clean and the staff is very attentive.|The breakfast is served in the reception area and is simple but very good, nice coffee, juices, croissants etc. In the direct area of the Hotel you find enough restaurants for lunch of dinner.
