I had a very unpleasant and disrespectful experience at this branch today.
I am a tourist visiting Munich. I politely asked whether the food was hot, and a middle-aged male staff member (bald, with some beard) helped reheat it. I thanked him.
When I then asked for a bag and a fork (as my hotel does not provide utensils), his attitude suddenly changed. He raised his voice, held his head in an exaggerated and mocking way, and said loudly, “You want everything?”
I explained again that I am travelling, but he responded by calling me “travel girl” (I am male) and laughed while looking at me.
I found this behavior disrespectful, unprofessional, and humiliating—especially toward a foreign customer. This was very disappointing, particularly because earlier the same day, a female staff member served me politely and professionally.
I will also share this experience factually on Chinese social media platforms and Instagram, simply to document my experience as a traveller and to inform others. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves staff training regarding basic respect and customer service.
