Best customer service I've ever had. I've never had a store that cares about their customers so much. I had a slight mix up and the owner called me personally to address it. Interesting and unique clothing and they don't try to sell you things just for the sake of selling. They really care that you're comfortable with the clothes and/or accessories. A true boutique, you won't find these clothes anywhere else. 100% recommend to everybody.

Love Violet and the new location! Julie and her staff go above and beyond to recommend pieces and style to your event. I normally hate shopping but love coming here. Came in yesterday for something to wear out and they noticed I was in a hurry while checking watch waiting for a dressing room. So they let me change in the storage room and leave all my tried items off hanger to save time. As a result I found an awesome outfit and felt great all night! Thank you, love you guys!

My family lives in Augusta, Georgia. We were traveling to DC and my wife identified this store as one at which she would like to shop. Upon arriving, my wife had difficulty finding items that were her size or that fit, and was disappointed. However, the owner, Julie, took a personal interest in helping us. She turned that disappointment into a very positive experience. One of the saleswomen even offered me a beer as I sat waiting for my wife to try on clothes. Julie was so helpful and sincere that when we returned a month later we went to the store again. As before, the customer service was excellent and Julie took the time to explain why it might be difficult to find items. Being a man who doesn't cross-dress (and no offense to those who do), the items in the store were not my cup of tea, so I have no frame of reference within which to recommend the clothing. However, the customer service is sincere and excellent, and we wish Julie all the best moving forward.

The customer service was incredible! The salespeople here are delightful and wonderful at their jobs. You may leave with a lot, but you'll feel more than satisfied with your purchases and experience.

This store has really good clothes, they are trendy and fashionable, I would give 4 stars because of the prices. I love bargains and this store is really expensive for what I like to pay. But, still being a good option
