FURAD 🚨ALERT‼️BE CAREFUL FROM SCAMERS ‼️‼️ I bought a mattress for $350, they promised me that if I don’t like it I’ll get my money back , after 1 day I call them I don’t want it he says bring it back I’ll refund money , when I go to VIP FURNITURE STORE ON 69th street upper Darby, His attitude was very nasty & he throws my new mattress towards road & he start arguing with me that he didn’t want to refund, after 2hour arguing he agree if I give him Extra $125 then he can exchange it with other matter cost $300 , so basically I pay $475 for $300 worth of mattress. I don’t recommend this business at all , horrible customer service, Poor Quality Mattress. They even didn’t not deserve 1 star.

I bought a bed queen size bed and didn't realize it until I slept on it for a while that it was made out of card board, there is no springs just a box, and it has caved in. They had to put it together in the back of the shop , I can't believe you could even sell someone something like this , taking people's hard earned money, don't call it a box spring call it a empty box.

This place is joke. Very unprofessional with their lies and fast talking of what they can do. Furniture promised in a week took 4 weeks never called to update you with the status of the delivery. They also do not take the trash from the delivery.. You call them they never called me back. Just overall not a good experience for me. Second and last. Please read your contract and get them to put stuff in writing. A itemized bill,they say giving you a gift but not.

The fraudulent sale tactics by sale rep and management should be investigated. They told me if I ordered I will get my item in 2 days but when I order and paid they then say it will take 2 weeks for delivery. They sold me bed head and foot dresser mirror mattress for 1000. But when it was supposed to be delivered they said it will take two weeks. Because I need a bed due to sleeping on the floor of my new apartment they offer the floor model and they will throw in a chest also, I had no choice but to take it. But when it was delivered in 7 hours late the chest was not there when I called about it they now said I have to pay on extra $250 for it. This was a painful shopping experience not trusting.

I purchased 3 bedroom sets at this store, and I am really happy with my purchase. I shopped around before making my purchase and decided to do business with VIP Furniture because they offered me the best deal! We negotiated and I was satisfied with the price I paid for all 3 sets. I had to wait a few weeks for delivery but that was understood because they had to order the bedroom sets. But as soon as they received them, they delivered and had them setup. So I would recommend this store and I will definitely go back for future purchases.

I called to ask about some furniture on their site. The price seemed good but the person who I talked with on the phone said I needed to come into the store to place the order. Even though there is a whole "add to cart" and checkout process on their site... The item wasn't even available in the store, they were going to have to order out for it anyway. Ended up just ordering from a different local store.

I bought a dining room set here and the table was chipped. I have been waiting over 5 months for a replacement. They keep telling me it's coming from California. The original table took 3 weeks. They never answer their phones either. Very unprofessional. Both the Yeadon and Upper Darby locations.

The salesperson (the bulky man) in their main store in Upper Darby is worse. He not only comes out as clueless, but he also pretends to know quite a lot. We did not agree on the sale price, and when he declined , I asked for a refund. He stated there would be no return and offered that I convert the money into store credit. Fortunately, the owner was able to fix the situation. But while knowing that the hard king mattress could not be fitted in any of the homes in the upper Darby area, according to the delivery contractor, they all continued to offer it to residents in that neighborhood, which constitutes A WILFUL MISREPRESENTATION IN COURT. When requesting a refund, the man rude and ignorant, shouted at the customer, insulted us, and threatened us to leave his store . He said he would call the police if we come back.WE HAVE NOTHING TO Prove OR from which to BE AFRAID. For now, we don't want to communicate too much. Please return the money we barely made, and we will never think of you again.

Their main store in Upper Darby, the management sucks! I was suppose to get my Bluetooth speaker for my entertainment center and I did not received that until 3 weeks after I ordered it! It was suppose to come with my furniture. Its been over 2 months and I'm still waiting for a replacement coffee table that the delivery guys scuffed up. I always get the run around with these clowns. Buyers beware!

My son bought a bed set from this store to him it was new... He was wondering why he always itching a lot and his back all bite up... Come to find out this bed is infested with bed bugs... So I call a pest control cause idk what else to do... They tell me their is No Way this is a new bed... I went back to the store ri speak to a owner but got the manager who says it's nothing to do with them.. WTF you mean..... WORST STORE EVER PLEASE I BEG YOU NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE ALL USED THINGS BUT IN STORE IT THE REAL DEAL.... UNTIL IT COMES TO YOUR HOUSE.... @Shuki S. Terrible do not buy anything from this company. They shipped me the complete wrong rug and then have the nerve to tell us to take it to Fed Ex and pay to ship it back!! Hahaha what a joke ofna company. I am filing a claim with Amazon and they will make you come pick up the rug and then return the money you charged me. Ill make sure every review site knows about this experience.

All of the furniture I received was delivered timely and in great shape!!! The delivery guy called me when he was on my way and worked everything out with my front desk. He was happy to help and super accommodating. I will be getting any new furniture from VIP and recommend everyone else do the same!

I was calling around for prices got my estimate from owner of business was up 69th st. I hung up with him here a few mins later he's blowing my phone up to as he said give me a better price an he would have it delivered same day..... I agree to price go to location I open the door it smells of cheap cologne there all ghetto workers working there. Rude an ignorant. I'm greeted by a man who basically was yelling across the store to another customer. I pay my price plus he added 25 dollars more for them to deliver to me which is right at the bottom of 69th street... I didn't have my furniture delivered till the following week where they delivered it an didn't assemble just dropped in the room an left... never again will I deal with them or have anyone go thru them!!!

This company's customer service sucks. I ordered a kitchen table, chest and sectional from this place. I placed my order on 5-24-2019, it is now 6-19-2018 and I still have not received my sectional. I called place several times and the selling rep Will kept giving me the run around. First he said my couch was not stock and I had to come in and pick out another one. My boyfriend went back in the store and picked out another couch on 6-6-2019. The rep stated, "the couch is in stock should be at the store in couple of days; we will call you once the it's at the store". 2 weeks later still no couch and the rep keeps giving me the run around. I disputed some the charge with my bank and got my money back. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came into this store looking for a youth bed I was greeted by a salesperson who was polite and gave me a good price on a bed I was shown in a catalog. the price was under $400.00 I was asked by the owner to fill out a application for finance and told that I might not have to put anything down. I was approved for almost 4 times the amount of the bed I wanted to purchase but was told by the owner that even though I was approved for $1,400.00 I would have to spend at least 700.00 or the transaction would not go through. I had been shopping for this bed at several furniture stores so while I was in his store I received a call from a store that had the same bed and assured me that I could buy just the bed and offered financing with the same company. I asked the owner how long the approval was good for I was told 3 days. I asked the owner If I could come back. he informed me that "the price I was given was a too low but he will honer it just for this day". He told me if I came back the price would go up. I told him that I will not be pressured into buying like that and if he was going to give me the price then he should honor it when I come back on his next business day. He began to yell saying"the price is only good for today" (this person has a very short fuse.) i told him I was going to report him to the better business bureau. He then yelled for me to get out since I was going to report to the BBB. I checked with SNAP finance Company and they told me that They place no minimums on how much you spend after a approval. and I was told that they have received several complaints about this company as well. my advice is Not to do business with this company the owner lies to get sales and tries to pressure his customers to spend as much of the credit approval as he can by misrepresenting the finance companies rules and policies. I Found the same bed at jerusalem Furniture the price was slightly higher but the trade off was they were professionals.

Do yourself a favor and do not shop here. I ordered dressers through amazon. Delivery was about the only good thing with this company because they were delivered quickly. I will give them that, however the dressers arrived damaged. Screws fell out the drawers and hinges instantly fell off completely. I quickly realized that if I even tried to put clothes in there the other hinges would probably break as well. So I contacted them and asked to return and get a refund. They said they do not do returns. So I went back to see the information given on amazon and nowhere did it state they do not do refunds/returns. I told them I was not happy about that and really wanted to return/refund. They came back to me days later and said "For return requests that the product is no longer in like-new condition (if it has been assembled, no longer in/with original packaging) we reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restock fee, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping." ... Um their product they just delivered already assembled by THEM was BROKEN and they have the nerve to send me this as a response! So they expect me to pay a 50% restock fee to return their damaged goods? Luckily I bought it through amazon and they are handling the issue, but if you buy directly from them you should know how they operate since it is not made clear! This store is a joke and poor excuse for a business. You want to make your customers happy and not get bad reviews, but clearly this company does not care one bit. Its a wonder they are still in business.

I had a great experience with VIP. The salesman, Will, was very helpful in finding me a sofa sectional that I liked. The delivery was prompt but the sofa didn't fit through my door, so the manager, Dave, ordered a ready to assemble version instead. Dave personally ensured the delivery and setup went smoothly and the couch looks great. I'll definitely be visiting VIP again in the future.

If I did not have to select any stars I would not! Please if you honestly can help do not waste your time or money on this cheap ass furniture. I unfortunately made the biggest mistake of my life purchasing from this store. I ordered a king size sleigh bed and maybe 3 weeks later the entire bed collapsed. The cheap ass wood slates and support beams that goes under the bed broke! I contacted the store and the guy who runs the place Dave replaced the slates but that was no walk in the park! He told me that he would come out and measure the bed to replace the slates so I left work early (which he knew) to accommodate him for time and rushed home for him to tell me he was not coming and that he will just order the new slates. A week later his people come to fix the bed. The new slates he ordered were too small. While the men were working they noticed the slates were too small. Without dave knowing he was on speaker he told them to force the damn slates to work and they were telling him it would not work so I got extremely pissed and called him myself and lost it. So they came back with slates that fit. Fast forward the problem exist again! Which lets it be known that they use the cheapest wood as slates and support. A waste of my money and I'm trashing the damn bed and going to a real furniture store to replace my bed!

Thats not a great customer service if you lie for take advance.

This place sucks! Stay away!!!!! Both owners are awful! Be smart and stay away!!!! I shopped from here and I have never regretted anything more than shopping here! The owners are rude and disgusting. They can't even please their customers. They delivered damaged furniture to me. I am so disappointed with this place. I highly recommend staying away from here. They deserve 0 stars!!

I bought a mattress and 2 box springs from their city ave location. The sales rep assured my gf and I that all the items were new but when we got them home, we saw a tag on all of them that said used. We returned to the store and the manager refused to refund our money. He eventually changed his mind and said we could exchange them for new items. We exchanged them for another mattress and box springs that were wrapped with tags indicating that they were new with assurances again that none of these items were used. We brought them home and let them sit unopened in our guest room for a while until yesterday. I noticed that there was another material underneath the cover of the box springs so I cut them open and saw that the store had merely wrapped a used, dirty, box spring with a seemingly new cover. The same cover/material is on the mattress that we bought but I have yet to open that one up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!

they have received multiple poor comments and they find away to remove them. most of the good comments are from people who work at the locations or for the company. do not buy furniture from here!!!!! customer service is poor, you do not get what you pay for and any company who plaster the store with "no refund only store credit" means they have had that many negative interactions with customers!!!! buy at discount furniture or home furniture, remember you do have options as a consumer. receipt #5676
