Shady Dealership...Sold Me a Faulty Car and Now Avoiding Responsibility!
If I could give VIP Motors in Brampton zero stars, I absolutely would. Buying a car from them has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences of my life.
I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Sienna from them. Literally the moment I drove off their lot, I noticed the seats were shaking badly. I immediately contacted the dealership to report the issue. You would expect that they’d be concerned and responsive, right? WRONG. After weeks of slow replies and excuses, I was finally able to bring the car in. They looked at it and shockingly told me "there’s nothing wrong with it", as if I was imagining things.
The salesman Jack, who sold me the car, has been dodging my calls and ignoring my messages. After several attempts and pressure, they got me an appointment with Toyota. But when I arrived at Toyota, I was told I had to pay $150 out of my own pocket just for a diagnostic check. How is this fair after buying a supposedly certified vehicle from a dealer?
This car is not just for leisure..it’s how I make a living for my family. The shaking has only gotten worse. Once the speed hits 100km/h, the entire vehicle vibrates and the seats feel like they’re bouncing. My young son complains of headaches from the constant vibration, and it is a serious distraction to me while driving. My wife and I have lost valuable customers because I can't drive clients around in this condition. It’s embarrassing and dangerous.
When I finally managed to get Jack on the phone, he casually told me to drop the car off for 2–3 days with no loaner, no support, no care about how that would affect my work and family. That’s not just inconsiderate....it’s downright wicked.
I trusted them because a friend recommended them, but now I honestly regret not going somewhere else. They were quick to take my money, but when it came time to stand by their word and fix an issue they sold me, they vanished.
If you’re thinking of buying a car from VIP Motors—DON’T DO IT. Their “certification” means nothing. Their customer service is a joke. And once they get your money, they disappear.
The pictures are of the tires that they sold me 3 weeks after i got it. Only for jack to tell me that its the way i drove the car that made the tires that way.
And i just got off the phone with the Manager there only for him to hang up on me.
Before today I have received calls from the police and from TD fraud unit as regards you guys.
I just saw your response and need to set the record straight...because your reply is misleading and completely out of touch with what actually happened. The issue is not resolved. Changing the tires didn’t fix the root problem. The seats still shake badly, making the car unsafe, uncomfortable, and unusable for work or family. My son gets headaches, and I’ve lost income because I can’t use the car professionally.
Let’s not act like this was handled well. I reported the issue the same day I picked up the vehicle and was met with weeks of excuses and ignored calls. Jack avoided me, and I had to pay out of pocket for a diagnostic on a problem that was clearly there from day one.
Then I was told to leave the car for days with no courtesy vehicle or plan like I could just put my life on hold. I don’t want empty apologies. I want a real, permanent solution to the shaking seats. Stop downplaying my experience. I trusted you to sell me a safe, certified vehicle. What I got instead was stress, financial loss, and zero accountability. I’m still waiting for the car I was promised.

I’m attaching a video of the car because I am sick and tired of calling you with no response.
