Virgin Atlantic was created in 1984 by Richard Branson (1950-), headquartered in Crawley, West Sussex, England. The maiden flight from London’s Gatwick to Newark was on June 22, 1984. Duration: 06:50 Toiletries: REN Clean Skincare Service: 5/5 Foods & drinks: 4/5 Comfort of the seat: 4/5 The business section is full, but from the announcement, the economy isn’t: it asks the passengers to sit where they’re assigned for the balance at take off; then they can make themselves comfortable wherever. It’s a day flight. We’ll have a full menu shortly after taking off, and a high tea before landing. The minibar is mostly empty. The VS Lounge on the ground is far better than the Amex Centurion.

This is definitely my favorite airline. Although I accumulate all my miles perks through another airline, I always accept the up charge to transfer my flight to this airline due to the trendy experience I seats encounter here. Need headsets? No worries, they're only $2.00. The dim fluorescent lights at the check in gate immediately set them apart from the rest. Honestly, it's not even expensive to use them to travel internationally or domestically. Upgrades are available upon request and they take pride in being a hassle free entity focusing on quality customer service. Once your seated in the plane, the food, drink, and entertainment menu is all within your fingertips with their user-friendly menu. Even their blankets are vastly superior to what other airlines offer so selecting them for your next trip is certainly recommended on my behalf.

We flew with virgin from Miami to London, it was not possible to upgrade, so we had to fly coach. The seats was cramped as expected, but uncomfortable also, so hard it numbs your behind. The entertainment system was broken for all passengers the whole 8,5h flight, the food was horrible. This was the most uncomfortable trans Atlantic flight I have ever experienced. 😑

Amazing customer service. My mom was very pleased with her flights from London to Miami and back. They were extremely helpful and caring for her, she also got a special menu for diabetics and it wasn’t bad at all. Thanks from the the bottom of my heart for taking such great care of my mom ❤️

Wow the most friendly and best service I've ever experienced with an airline, comfortable and clean!! The only suggestion I would make is that the gluten free meals are way to sweet....
