"Virgin Hotels Miami will be a 40-story building featuring 250 guest rooms and a spa, as well as 150 residential units. It will have a social club, Commons Club, a beer garden, live music venue, and a Funny Library Coffee Shop. The rooftop lounge will be the crown jewel with amazing views and a pool open to the public.
