It was fine... except they don't let you take your water bottle to the water park. They want you to buy it from the store they have there, but it's already very expensive. I thought it was too expensive for me because I have my foster kids. So I really feel that. btw,I'm from madera

Our 76th Family Reunion experience here was absolutely amazing!. The Sequoia Room and canbanas provided our elders with comfort and enjoyment as they were able to watch our children enjoy the water park! The children were beaming with joy as the enjoyed bumper cars soaking their cousins and go kart racing trying to beat each other. Mini golf was a joy for all ages. And we all enjoyed experiencing and watching the water fun, especially the kids getting soaked by the huge water dump!. The staff was amazing. Leslie made our accommodations perfect! Staff was always available and eager to assist. Pizza was great too. We look forward to this experience when we return to the area! Thank you Adventure Park Visalia!

Google
Love this place, it’s a great deal for the price points. All ages are catered to. Indoor and outdoor activities. Even adults have a good time. Great variation of attractions. Great food options. The pizza is good.

Tammy

Google
It was fun the slides were fun. We bought pizza and curly fries and the pizza was ok ish it didn’t have much flavor… we loved the go cart ( I won so I really liked it lol 😝) service was not amazing the people were grumpy or something Rachael And Maddy were so nice!😊

Google
The water park section is decent for the location. Kids had fun thats all that matters. Sucks you can't bring in outside liquids.

Sandra L.

Just went for the Waterpark. Kids had a blast

Google
Adventure Park is located right off the 198. They have a variety of activities for all ages. Arcade. batting cages, go karts, lazer tag, batting cages, mini golf, and water park. I loved that they have a mini go kart track for the young kids. There is also a snack bar and pizza place onsite. The staff was friendly. We played the mini golf course and had a lot of fun. It wasn't elaborate, but fun for all ages. There were many water features throughout the course. There were many people playing the course and everyone seemed to be having a great time. They offer birthday party packages that were very reasonably priced. The prices per activity were reasonable and if you want to do multiple things, you can purchase an unlimited wristband. The restrooms were clean and the inside and outside areas were well kept. There are many tables throughout the outdoor area to sit and enjoy. We will come back and visit this location. We enjoyed our afternoon visiting it.

Google
We got the 3hr pass for my two boys, the staff looked annoyed to help . The smaller go karts which is why we went were down to one so each boy had to wait to drive around by themselves.. the laser tag kept malfunctioning. Don't like that the 3hr pass doesn't go towards tickets. Other places include it with a pass. Just for the price id rather drive to fresno .better deal plus meals.are included.

Yelp
Small adventure park with everything you need in one place. Arcade games (there are games with only $1 each play), mini golf, go carts, bumper boats, water park and many other activities. Good times for everyone in the family and best of all, they open late till 10pm. Just opposite the holiday inn hotel in Visalia.

Evan M.

Yelp
They need to fix the batting cages and theses kids where using one cage with two people in it and mine shut down and wasted my money

Yelp
I went on a friday evening. Bought the $40 for 2 hours package that came with all games and rides included. They do have deals on different days. So call them before going in. It could change. This place is pretty small and dead. Not a lot of things to do here. Most of the games are for kids and are kids size. They do have multiple area to dine in or finger foods. The cards need improvement. You can't re-swipe at the same game console. There's a count cool down. Card utilzation/activation needs to be more accurately when scanning. Points and prizes should be included. It's sad that you earn points to get nothing. Basically the card that they gave us is useless after we use it. Sometime you can't use the card to play on some games. I believe you can't use it on the claw machine.

Yelp
This was our first time ever visiting. I was a bit nervous because the reviews worried me, but like I always say, don't knock it till you try it. It was a really good time. Our server was Kennedy and with the amount she was juggling I was impressed. They didn't check our bags coming in, and we did bring snacks which I didn't know we couldn't but honestly we didn't even eat our snacks because the price for food wasn't too bad. I saw a review about spending $72 for three people but I spent $51 for 5 people and that was after giving a tip. Anyway, we had a good time! I am thankful for booking our cabana in advance because it was pretty busy.

Sarah C.

Yelp
Visited on Saturday. Pros: small water park and only one way in and out of water park therefore making it easier to keep track of kids Clean bathrooms and facilities Staff is very nice Cons: No outside food or drink not even water $72 for 3 people Would visit again but will make sure to eat prior to going

Yelp
Over priced games. Smoothie says made with real fruit but really made with powder. They should install adult friendly water slides as well. Even kids were getting stuck going down the slides.

Javier L.

Yelp
Walk away if you're here for the arcade games. They have a small handful selection of arcade games. And what they do have only half of it works properly. Some games only give you one play even though you went first place. And when you do happen to win tickets, you only get about half of that amount. The prizes they have available for the tickets can be purchased from the dollar tree. Outside area look cool, but not a lot of indoor activities. I recommend you go to your nearest Dave & Buster's, Johns incredible pizza, or blackbeards. Don't waste your money or family events here.
google avatar

Lizzie L.

Yelp
This place is a rip off stay away. If you are imagining a Dave and Busters type of arcade your kids are in for a big disappointment as most games don't give "tickets" and it's hard to figure out which do and which don't especially for kids that aren't reading yet, but are looking forward to the tickets. Didn't try the outdoor games. One definitely gets more bang for your buck at other arcades as these games cost money vs points/coins and they start at $1 and like I mentioned they don't reward w tickets.
google avatar

Maley L.

Yelp
Clean, nice staff and fun. I was invited to a birthday party, the staff was amazing and friendly, amid the pandemic all were wearing masks and gloves when needed to. I would consider having my next party at this location. For the arcade area they had plenty of sanitation areas where you can wipe down the machines and hand sanitizers were available. Masks were required! All in all would come back and consider it for a birthday party! Nice to feel safe and still have fun!

Yelp
Went to the batting cages Sunday the 18th, every cage from medium to fast wasn't working correctly. They would not pitch baseball or would just throw a couple balls out then stop. There was one attendant who was called and he did his best, hustled around trying to fix three complaints at once but they needed more than a quick fix. These cages took our money and time but not one good session.

Yelp
There aren't a ton of options for families with rambunctious kids to let them get their energy out, so Visalia Adventure Park is a welcome outlet in the area. We happened upon it while in town visiting family and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. It's a pretty decent size complex with a little of everything for everyone. We opted for a discounted $20 pass that gets you access to just about everything on the property with the exception of a race track (looked to be closed) and the batting cages. The highlight of the property by far is the waterslides. Our 6-year-old son played for hours on the slides and splashed in the many spurting and splashing fountains around them. it's a great way to cool off, although hopefully you'll go on a less smoky day than we did in late summer. We also played mini-golf on a well-maintained course and hit the arcade, which has a lot of great games for any level of gamer from tiny tyke to adults who just want to shoot hoops. The only thing I wouldn't recommend are the water boats, which are slow, hard to operate tubes with motors where you squirt each other with guns. Our son barely got it down and is at about the minimum age to operate one.

Shanetta C.

Yelp
Very friendly staff (went during the weekday). Rides worked and staff were very helpful with answering all my questions. I would recommend this place!
google avatar

Melvin S.

Yelp
Our first time here. And the worst service, they lie to us at the front counter. I asked the employee if my 4 yr old could go on rides with my 12-year-old daughter. we were told by Mia the cashiers yes, but when we got to the rides, we were told we couldn't. We went back to the cashier Mia, and then we were told they they are sorry, but the drive needs to be 18yr. This is very wrong They don't even have it posted anywhere that the driver has to ve 18 yr that's. Avoid this place. Go to freano. You will be much better off.
google avatar

Samantha B.

Yelp
I'm only putting my stars towards Sequoia Springs, located outside. This was pretty good place to go to, to cool down with the kids. Prices are a bit high to keep bringing your kids back, your looking at about spending 200 dollars with 2 adults and 2 kids and that's including food and drinks. Get there early so you can get the good seats in the shade or you will be stuck in the sun and that suuuucckked!!! I was only a spectator so I didn't actually get in the slides, but seeing my son so happy in the water was amazing!! If I ever decide to come back, I definitely want to get on the slides. I really like how the whole place is gated, so you can keep a good eye on your kids while they have fun, plus the water park isn't that big. Customer service is nice, they need more bathrooms in the water park though. Food was not that overly priced, but the drinks were. I might come back.
google avatar

D C.

Yelp
Ok so we are here on a Sunday and it's not overly packed but I don't feel that it's worth $25 per person because it's not large enough to keep you busy all day. Once you play in the water the bumper boats and golf is way to slow and hot. So just stick to the general admission and save yourself $5. They go through your bags so you can't even picnic in here like all of the other water Parks. If you buy a drink at the games you can't take that drink with you to the water slides I'm upset about that because it's the same establishment CRAZY AND UNFAIR!!!! This water park is an oversized new playground with water. They should allow us to bring in picnic food because if I was just playing golf I could. I also hope they expand the water slides. Maybe tare out the mini golf course and add an extra slide, wave pool or something. Be cautious of the blue slide it hurts your back and head. If the owner reads this PLEASE INSTALL LOCKERS FOR US PARENTS. Aaaaaannnndddd MORE WATER PRESSURE OR UTILZE MATS an adult can not go down the green slide. I had to push myself down the whole thing.

Melissa L.

Yelp
I loved it very much and had lots of fun, be very careful with the batting cages though

Sylvia G.

Yelp
This place isn't even worth 1 star ! My grandkids were in town so I brought them here my granddaughter was playing a game in the arcade and the game malfunction he reset the game , . then he told us that she would get the tickets on her card. When we checked her card there was no tickets in her card. So we went to the front desk, they told us that she never played the game and didn't give my granddaughter her tickets. That place is so expensive as it is, and to cheat kids out of their tickets is just wrong very very wrong. Not on that another lady came up to the counter and complained about the same thing with another game. PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T GO THERE , THEY ARE CHEATS AND LIERS. We called the guy to let him know what happened, he told my gr

Yelp
We rented out the entire Adventure Park for a group of over 200 people at the end of January, and it was a wonderful experience!! Normally at these kinds of things I don't expect the food to be great, but we were surprised with the quality and flavor of everything we were offered. The games were so fun, even for adults, and we had a blast together. Mini golf, laser tag, arcade games, the list goes on... never a dull moment. THANK YOU to the Adventure Park employees for making this a great experience for us. 10/10 experience and we would definitely come back!

Yelp
What an amazing place!!! We celebrated my sons 6th birthday and he had a fantastic time. The cabanas are a great size, cooler, comfortable seating, fan, and great service from their staff. Our server was Greg and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, he had a great attitude and very genuine Service. My entire party was very satisfied with his service. The rest of the staff was also very pleasant to work with, they made sure that my cabanas were next to each other upon booking. They offered a group rate when purchasing our tickets. The food was good, they also serve beer and margaritas that definitely helped cool down during the heat. The park in general is clean, well maintained and the life guards are attentive to the children. **Adventure Park you guys rock ! Thank you for making our 3hour Drive well worth and making my sons 6th birthday memorable. I highly recommend this place.

Joshua E.

Yelp
Their player card system is awful. Bring back the tokens. Charged even though the card didn't go through on multiple occasions. The card readers in the batting cages especially.

Yelp
Glad to see a kid friendly place open for business. Lot of fun although some things were shut off. Bumper boats and bumper cars were open though and kids had a lot of fun. Thanks to California Connections Academy for supporting this business which seems to be local. Pizza was good and not sure why someone commented no refills we were able to enjoy all you can eat pizza salad drinks (with refills at our leisure) and low fat ice cream with fudge etc. Nice little business and friendly staff. The go cart operator even had seat belt extensions for us slightly larger folk who might have made it work but the extension offered was much more comfortable.

Yelp
Sequoia Spring in Adventure Park have opened recently and is the latest addition to the park's attractions. They did provide fair prices to include Minimum Party Area Rental of 10 kids ($300) which included basic party amenities: table cloth, plates, utensils, cup cake (per party kid cost), a host or two (who provide balloon artistry), 3 slices of pizza, and unlimited drink refills for all guests. Additional adults are $15 and seniors are $11. I would say it all worked out because the party reservations are 3 hrs long in an awesome indoor lounge, but do provide discount for a cabana before or after your timed party slot ($60). This cabana comes with water and with the party package, large pizzas are only about $13 each inside of the $20+ normally. Oh, did I mention this was prime weekend/summer rate. Again, not a bad deal. It helped so much to have Jennifer and Gary hooking it up and setting us up during our time in the cabana and lounge for the festivities. Like I mentioned, totally new, that means everything was still in great working condition. Sequoia Springs is this massive splash pad that has 3 big kid slides and a mini duo one. They have the huge bucket on top of this structure that tips every 5 minutes, which is a great way to get acclimated! It was hot that day, but immersing into the water was very welcomed. Again, great new way to celebrate a birthday in the Visalia/Tulare Area instead of making that drive to Island in Fresno! Note: No outside drinks or food allowed, they will search.

Yelp
Great fun place to take your family!A little pricey if you are bringing more than a couple of kids though.
google avatar

Dominic A.

Yelp
Place is great for kids the soft serve ice cream is great and service pizza is alright.
google avatar

May C.

Yelp
Good ol' family fun for kids and adults! Had an amazing time with fam and will definitely be back when in town.

Hannah B.

Yelp
Clean, which we enjoyed! It's a very family friendly oriented place. I wish they had some type of wait system for the mini golf though. We felt like we had to rush through the whole thing (we def aren't pros but still).
google avatar

Courtnee C.

Yelp
Drive from Fresno to get us out of the house and try something new. It was worth it, spent a little too much on games but my son (5yrs old) was satisfied. We had fun and it was great to get out for a while. Our first time here, I felt the ladies at the front counter and the snack bar weren't all that helpful but everything else was good. My sons favorite part was the prizes, he got so much for the amount of tickets he had. We will definitely be back, can't wait
google avatar

Al M.

Yelp
We went to Adventure Park during our trip to Sequoia and had a great time with the family. The water park was perfect for a hot day and the kids enjoyed the Icees and snacks. Lots of things to do here including miniature golf, go karts, batting cages, arcade, bumper boats, and laser tag. The kids really liked the arcade and redeeming tickets for candy at the end.
google avatar

Laura S.

Yelp
i just want to thank SAM our party host, she was sweet, attentive, happy & all around amazing! She made sure we had everything we wanted and checked up on us often Thank you again Sam!!! If anyone wants to schedule a party with adventure park I highly recommend you have Sam as your party host!
google avatar

Vee S.

Yelp
From initial contact to the day of my son's party, staff was super communicative. Our host, ANTHONY, was great! He was super helpful when we were setting up and he was great with the kids. Super attentive and made sure everyone was good. I highly recommend him as your host! Each staff member we've contacted/helped us were all very friendly and helpful. Although it was busy (Sunday, to be expected)... everyone had a great time!
google avatar

Grace C.

Yelp
We drove Adventure Park in Visalia because Blackbeard's is Fresno rundown. At Blackbeard's in Fresno ppl smelled like weed to say the least. It's supposed to be a kid friendly place but it's disgusting & definitely not kid friendly. I swear some ppl were there to sell weed to kids. We had a great time in at Adventure Park in Visalia definitely felt safe and worth the drive from Fresno.
google avatar

Trinity T.

Yelp
This place is all kinds of awesome. Especially for birthdays. The price you pay for the birthday is a STEAL!! Don't tell them, but they're losing money on every birthday party and you're getting tons of fun! $15 for unlimited attractions for 3 hours?? Yes please! $17 for pizza, soda, $15 game pass, free tickets, hostess, ice cream, and birthday supplies?! They're definitely not making any money. Remember to tip your hostess! Their pizza was surprisingly good! I was shocked! The downside is their arcade games are expensive. They run specials like family night for $19 etc... I think it probably changes a lot. I told my husband let's leave the kids and go! Hey, why not? Even adults in their 20s can like it! My husband probably played more arcade games than our son! Bring on the friendly competition with friends or coworkers! Racetrack, laser tag, bumper boats, batting cage, mini golf, mini racetrack and laser mase are their attractions. Lots of prizes to choose from! They have a pizza buffet, but I do not know when it's open.
google avatar

Angela N.

Yelp
If you looking for a fun and affordable place to take your kids to cool down and have fun then Sequoia Springs Water Park at Adventure Park is the place! Plus, there's other activities to enjoy at Adventure Park like miniature golf, bumper boats, batting cages, arcade games, laser maze, and so much more! Fun for the kids and family! Enjoy!

Lucy G.

Yelp
Fun place, grandkids loved it. Will take them again when they are back in the Valley

Yelp
What a great place to let the kids unwind after a long 7 hour road trip. Of course I found this place on Yelp prior to arriving in Visalia. Adventure park is filled with video games and interactive challenge games that will give you tickets after completion of games. Also here at Adventure Park are go karts, bumper boats, kiddie carts, mini golf, Lazer tag and Lazer maze. They have a wrist band package to purchase and use all day. At $45 per person this place can get expensive. A little pricey in my opinion. Adventure Park also has a pizza restaurant and snack bar. Beers are available for adults. Overall we had a blast at Adventure Park this visit. Check it out.
google avatar

Brooke P.

Yelp
Our experience was a great time at the water park at adventure park the wing where soo rich in flavor food was hot and great the drinks where refreshing cold adult beverages were on point also a great services from Greg he was making sure at all time that our experience was the best we can have by checking on us making sure we had everything we need will definitely return and next time ask for Greg
google avatar

Nestor S.

Yelp
Closes to early pretty lame for an attraction park. It should at like 9 pm please someone change the schedule doit for the kids!
google avatar

TravisNAndi M.

Yelp
This is actually a water slide area of Adventure Park named sequoia springs. The Adventure Park itself is comprised of a miniature golf course, bumper boats, the water slides, batting cages, an arcade, and eatery which sales pizza, soda, salads, hot dogs and hot wings. Unfortunately the slides are in an area where there isn't much coverage from the sun. The slides are built from around ages 4-7 in my opinion.

Yelp
So our daughter is playng softball and her coaches rented some cages to practice batting to get a real feel of it. They charge $20 per hour. It was pretty cool, all of the girls had fun and are looking forward to going back, I know we will be going. Okay so when entering this building you are welcomed to a place of arcade games, almost like a Chuck E Cheese, they have severl party rooms where you cn reserve for a special occation, they have a food court there with many choices and specials. We ordered the girls some cheeseburgers meals, their patties taste hand made and their fries were really good had a crunchy texture and well seasoned. They also a snack consession stand with lots of goodies. We had some nachos and churros and they were pretty good. The churros were crunchy at the bite but soft inside well coated with a sugar cinnamon mixture, pretty bomb! I saw they have smoothies and slushies too. The girl that helped us was at the consession stand was pretty rude though, everyone else we were helped by were very helpful. They have a room where you go and exchange your tickets-- i assume theyr tickets, saw ppl in there exchnging for prizes-- with a prize. They were doing some construction outside so all that was vailble was of course the batting cages, racing bumper cars and the mini golf. We are looking forward in going again just to spend the day there and experience the whole adventure park with the whole fam bam. They have lots of parking outside.

Yelp
I've never been to the park so my review is strictly based on communication, or lack there of. First I email off of their site to inquire on having a company picnic there. After a week of no response, I called. The conversation was pleasant and I was told I would get a package via email with the options that were available. I waited 24 hours and never received an email. I called back a total of 3 times, and every time I was told to call back in an hour. It's been 2weeks and I still haven't heard anything back. Guess they don't want to accommodate larger groups.
google avatar

Delia C.

Yelp
Thank you for giving us something to enjoy in Visalia! Our experience today was great. My grandkids had a fantastic day. Filled with sunshine , slushees, and pizza. We will definitely be back for more days of clean water park experience.
google avatar

Caleb N.

Yelp
I am so disappointed I brought my kids here to have a good time when we showed up $20 per person which I don't mind if you get a participating in the whole waterpark but I was not going to get wet But they still want to charge me $20 so I asked if there was a spa but they still wanted to charge me $20 so I asked if there was a spot Where I could watch my kids without them inside to pay Pretty much there's no good angle and the seats that are outside have no Umbrellas so pretty much you have to sit in the sun. I went inside to get some pizza Since I wasn't going to pay the 20 bucks to get in just sit I paid for my food and the pizzas that I got was barely even warm... So I asked one of the employees who can take my Complain and I just got passed around from one Employee to another.

Viv T.

Yelp
Poor customer service. Employee working the restaurant area, the worst. *No free refills on any drinks. *Food is served cold. *Games (video game area) is lacking. Limited games and expensive. *Prize booth area, a joke. Plan on taking my business elsewhere.

Yelp
Came to play some arcade games with my family, had a pleasant time. Majority of the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I did notice a couple of the staff being unfriendly and unwelcoming. I do recall one being a manager and the other a supervisor. Never once smiled at me or my family. Adventure park, I would rethink my management team.
google avatar

Oscar L.

Yelp
The green is horrible you pay nine dollars to play a person and the carpets are ripped up
google avatar

Michelle M.

Yelp
I'm staying at the LaQuinta Inn and looked out the window to see Adventure Park! I grabbed my 17 year old and headed down! Honestly, it was sooo fun! We did bumper boats, go karts and then played almost all the arcade games! It's very clean and they have hand sanitizers throughout for the guest!
google avatar

Rhoda R.

Yelp
We had our daughter's 6th birthday here. We did the lounge package. They did a really good job taking care of our party. Our host, Jennifer, was great! She really took care of us. The food was great! Place was really clean. Will definitely come and do another party here.
google avatar

Leo S.

Yelp
I had not been here in about a year and just went in the last week. I was disappointed with the new lay out there was no buffet anymore and the people there were not very nice at all. The pizza there was not very good, I would say the pizzas you put in the oven would be better than these. It's just doesn't have that same feel it once had. I do not know if it's new management or what but this place is not what it used to be. The outside entertainment was cool, but the price to do many things are kind of expensive and since it was hot not many people ventured out to have more fun outside. We did miniature golf and that seems like that was the busiest attraction besides the games inside of course. The games inside not all machines worked and once we played all we wanted to we went to redeem the tickets and it took someone five minutes and calling them three times. I was not expecting someone within a minute but for someone to respond and let us know they were coming. The girl seemed annoyed to have to help us and the group that followed us and to be honest I probably would have been too with all the kids. I don't see myself going there unless a party invite comes, but then again I don't live in the area anymore so don't see that being a problem.

Yelp
Don't come here, save your money! Decided to have lunch before a doctor's appointment. Worst decision ever. Pizza was ok, wings were under cooked and pink inside. My daughter and husband wanted pretzels so we headed to the snack bar. We waited 15 minutes for pretzels that were warmed up in the microwave. They were gross and I was overcharged! It really is too bad we got bad customer service today. We actually have a good time playing the games.
