We really liked this apartment! Extremely close to the center, we had no problems finding it. The only negative thought is that we couldn’t sleep very well due to traffic sounds outside, but with closed windows it was okay. Very valuable, I recommend :)

I'm gonna be honest, I was very paranoid about this stay reading the google reviews here, particularly for me and my girlfriend's safety, but the stay ended up being quite alright. I think people who leave the bad reviews on this place have just never stayed in a motel or hostel before. The rooms are about what I expected for the price I was paying honestly - they weren't exactly GREAT, especially the fridge and the sink, but they certainly didn't feel like absolute filth in the bed or at the desk and kitchennette they offered. Don't be worried about safety, people. I was surprised to find that there IS a code for the main door of the building that is active to protect people from just waltzing in the lobby, and the doors to each apartment are genuinely immense and locked really well - I was comforted by these facts, and felt much better thereafter. Obviously, everyone comes here for the location, and it is, of course, excellent. I had a ton of fun being this close to the middle of the city, and the tram station which was able to get us to the less populated and tinier areas of the city, if needed. This place isn't perfect, but it's good enough.

I got into my room and it was so hot! There is no ac. You HAVE to have the windows open at all times or you will roast in the room. When my partner tried to shower we discovered you cannflood the entire room! The door does not stop the water from leaving the restroom. The restroom has no slant so the water doesnt run out. Oh but with no air circulation nothing dries. No one comes to clean the room while there, just FYI. I booked the place so last min and on a budget, NEVER AGAIN. Its so cheap but i guess thats what you pay for. Everything is dirty, I didnt even stay here my whole stay due to the conditions. If you want something something budget friendly go to A&O never had a problem there. Edit: the elevator doesnt work. One is always out! Luckily i was on the first floor but i had lug my luggage down the stairs!

Just dont book here. Everything is just a bit old and a bit broken and a bit dirty. Its not a disaster but for the same price and good location there are much nicer options. It was quite depressing to stay here, the properties own photos make it look really nice so please pay attention to the visitors photos instead. On the plus side, i like the convenience of self check in and it worked as it should. There is no one to contact if anything does go wrong however. When I contacted the company regarding my broken curtain I was told someone would fix it but it never was and when chased I never herd back.

STAY AWAY!! Cancelled my reservation, not just without notification but actually while sending me sign in forms and confirmations for apartment code request. Found out on a Sunday evening when I couldn’t get in. I wasn’t too sad about it first since other guests walking past were complaining about cleanliness. But then it got worse. The next part is that I didn’t get my refund even though I was told I would get it on the phone when I complained about not being able to enter, I had to contact customer service and then they started asking for weird details like the private address that I was registered with my bank. I gave them the necessary information but still have not gotten my refund yet - which is ironic since they told me they cancelled the reservation in the first place because the bank transfer didn’t arrive on the same day I booked the hotel (I transferred the money on that same day but it arrived a day later)

after all these bad reviews i was scared to say the least…however to my suprise the room was clean the bathroom was lovely and the apartment as a whole was great. was in a great location. only thing is its right next to the tram so i did wake up in the night but there is nothing visionapartments can do. I would totally return

I stayed at VISIONAPARTMENTS Berlin for four nights with my sister, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. While the location is fine, the cleanliness is terrible. The staff (or lack thereof) is incredibly rude. When I asked for fresh towels, they reacted aggressively, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The property has a public laundry, but you have to share it with the staff, who seem to resent guests using it and make it an uncomfortable experience. To make things worse, I accidentally left a pair of Doc Martens boots (worth 250€) in the apartment. I contacted them multiple times via phone and email, but they never responded. This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here—there are far better options in Berlin where guests are treated with basic courtesy and respect.

You are a disgrace and I hope you don't lose someone you love having booked the hotel, not content with not refunding the amount (warning in time) they also want to charge cancellation fees. I hope that the money they are going to receive will be very good for them to be able to support what bad people they are.
