This place is fine, you just need to know what you’re signing up for. Check-in was completely contactless, so there was no physical interaction with staff. You upload your check-in details the day before check-in and they give you an access code. The rooms themselves were fine. They were clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. The AC did not work while I was there and the my room faced the street, so it was noisy with the windows open and hot with the windows closed. This was my only complaint really, but I slept well enough. If you’re expecting the Ritz-Carlton, you won’t find it here. But if you just need a decent place to stay, not at all bad.

The low reviews on here are unfair in my opinion. If you want a comfortable base for exploring the city, that is considerably cheaper then most other options this is it. Me and my partner stayed here for a long weekend and found the location was perfect, with close access to the trams and underground - less than 10 mins to some of the tourist hotspots! The apartment itself had a comfy bed and everything we needed. Was slightly run down in part, but definitely aligned to the price we paid. The road is noisy, but absolutely fine with the windows shut - a fan was also provided, but we didn’t need to use it. We numbed into one of the cleaning staff, an American lady who was very friendly with us! Overall, very positive experience (having gone in slightly nervous after reading some of the reviews here)!

After reading the reviews I aspected something terrible but it was really fine. They communicate fast online and the rooms were not deep cleaned but deff not gross (accept for some blood on the curtains..) honestly for this price I think its a good deal. The location is amazing super close to everything and easy metro, tram and bus lines close to it!

I had a really disappointing stay here. The place was dirty, the sofa had stains on it, and several of the sink handles were broken. The frying pan and pot were also scratched. It didn't feel safe to use, since damaged non-stick coating shouldn't be cooked on.|When I contacted the management, they told me that "our apartments are rented in their current condition, as is," and the only thing they could maybe do was check if they could replace the frying pan. That's not acceptable at all, especially for a place that's supposed to be ready for guests.|Overall, the condition of the apartment and the lack of real help from management made this a bad experience. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.

Honestly, I don’t understand all the bad reviews. I had a really pleasant experience! Pincode worked, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Yes a little worn down here and there maybe, but it wasn’t bad. The noise weren’t bad, I slept well even without earl plugs. And the staff was very friendly, even let me leave my luggage. I would absolutely come back!!

The room was dirty for 5 days, no one cleaned the bed, changed it and didn't even give toilet paper Everything is as written in the reviews, it's really very noisy, if you open the window, it's impossible to sleep, and in general, to be in the room because it's so noisy, and you need to ventilate the room somehow The windows are just huge layers of dust and there is dust everywhere in the toilet And also if you want to check in at least 5 minutes earlier, don't hope, the code is valid only at exactly 15.00, it's just a shock, there's not even a place to sit and even for an additional fee they can't let in earlier with eviction, the same story at 10.00 they start knocking on the door to leave There are no garbage cans on the territory, the staff didn't tell me where the garbage is, they don't know, then I left the bag at the reception because if you don't know where the garbage is and you can't provide cleaning for which I pay, then remove the garbage at the reception with this attitude The staff can't even answer if you don't have tanks, then what are the complaints about me, where should I throw out the garbage in the hotel, why is it not mentioned anywhere, I have to look for garbage cans all over the street? At all, I don't understand how you can stay in this hotel for such an amount for 5 days that I paid, you could have rented a much better apartment, and these are just. The guy in the office who is sitting, let him make his face easier

Firstly, the apartment was booked for two guests, yet there was only one chair provided. This made the space impractical for two people and is something that should be standard when advertising accommodation for multiple guests. Cleanliness was also a major issue. Despite the lower price point, I still expect the apartment to be clean. There were thick layers of dust throughout, which gave the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned prior to arrival. Additionally, the photos shown online are not representative of the actual room you end up staying in. The images appear to be of a different apartment or an example only, which was disappointing and misleading. I have stayed in many properties booked through Booking.com and have never experienced these issues before. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, even considering the price.

Well, I have read all the reviews. I was kind of sceptical after reading them. But nothing like that happened to me. With the money i paid i could have expected something much less. ||Positives: room was clean, had e erything i needed for my stay, location was great.||Negatives: i was at the second floor and experienced the non working a/c, the first night was a nightmare. I was sweating eventhough the wheater was cool. Next night used the fan but that was loud. The street light was right at my window, shining through. And the door code to the street is not secure, anyone can enter.||Overall i am happy and had a peaceful stay. Please work on the negatives, they are not hard or expensive to fix. Thank you
