Very convenient place to stay. There are two grocery stores and a big souvenir shop right across the road. The outdoor activities shop is right next door and you can book excursions right from the hotel. The restaurant was ok for a breakfast buffet, but they did not change the menu at all so it was repetitive. The hot food, scrambled eggs, some type of meat, little meat and rice buns, or the local baked creamy rice pastry were very basic. Typical cold meat and cheese, hard boiled eggs etc. Yogurt, frozen berries. I didn't eat lunch but the dinners were very good, high quality meat or fish and very fresh vegetables. Alcohol is very pricey. A bottle of red wine was 54 euros.
The room I had was very small and bare. The bathroom was extremely small with the shower just big enough to fit my shoulders in, and I am a small person. No real cleaning service during the week I was there.
The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay there again for the convenience.
