Miami Beach Visitor Center

We had an exceptional experience with the tourist information center at Miami Beach, largely thanks to an agent named Jim. From the moment we walked in, Jim was welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. He expertly booked us a tour to the Everglades, which was amazing! The trip was well-organized and truly memorable. Jim also called and texted us to give us updates about our trip, and additionally, provided us with a list of must-visit spots in Miami Beach and surrounding areas, including some fantastic dining recommendations. His tips were spot-on, enhancing our vacation experience significantly. The customer service here, especially by Jim, was top-notch. Jim was very helpful to some new residents here.

The staff in here were extremely knowledgeable and welcoming and offered no end of suggestions for places to visit in the surrounding area. We were offered loads of brochures of places that may be relevant to us and lots of information of the public transport which we could use to get around Miami.

I was in Key West and spent almost $400 on an entertainment package for Miami and Key West on the internet. After the purchase I was informed that I had to drive to this place to get the tickets I had just paid $400 to purchase. I couldn’t get my money back and had to take a 10 hour round trip to pick up these great tickets. Upon arrival the door was locked but a woman was sitting in there so we knocked and she came to the door and let us in to inform us she couldn’t give us the tickets because I didn’t have a paper copy of the purchase. She could see it on my phone but since she believed herself to be in 1980, that wasn’t acceptable, which by the way is approximately the year her computer was made so it took well over an hour to get print outs in that old piece of non WIFI garbage printer. My grandkids were with me and apparently she was sure they were going to shoot fire from their fingertips and burn the place down so that was fun as well. When I complained about the whole situation, Ms Charm responds that I should have read the fine print. As we all know, a business that thinks that excuses their rip off behavior is deliberately ripping you off. So buyer beware, they basically admitted to being rip offs and when I got the tickets there was only a handful of activities available in Key West. It was all a giant ploy to get Key West vacationers to spend money in Miami. I did not nor will I ever. I wish you the best of luck if you do business with this organization.

Stopped in looking for some information to help family while visiting from Europe. The woman working here seemed quite put out that we'd ask for information. Shouldn't have been too surprised by this. Despite it being during posted business hours, she had the lights off and the door locked. It was only when she saw us standing at the door and reading did she come let us in.
