It was a beautiful experience. We spent a wonderful weekend vacation in Berlin.
The hotel was beautiful and clean, but there were some small things that made me uncomfortable.
For example, I thought that breakfast was included in the booking — that was clear to me — and the same with parking. But I was surprised when the staff member told me that parking cost €20 per day. That was a shock. As for breakfast, he told me I had to book it separately and that it would cost extra.
In reality, there was nothing free except the sleep, which we had already paid for in advance.
Even when my friend and I wanted to drink a cup of espresso, we were surprised that the price was three euros.
I want to advise everyone to carefully review the booking details of this hotel before reserving.
However, the hotel was very beautiful, especially the swimming pool and the sauna.
But the gym was bad.
The reception staff member was not friendly and gave the impression that whenever you asked about anything, he would respond in a purely financial way — immediately telling you the price.
However, another staff member on the second day was friendly and kind.
