I bought a museum pass for 5 museums on Museum island in Berlin. One is temporarily closed and there no mention of that. Humboldt Forum (which I was keen to go to) wasn't honouring the pass today because of an event. That would have been helpful when I selected today's date before buying the ticket to know. I would skip this pass and just choose 1 or 2 museums (Old Gallery is fantastic) to buy tickets directly from. I won't buy anything from this site again.

At the center of events that marked European history and still bears their mark. We loved its wide streets. With its multicultural atmosphere, it's rich in attractions, filled with monuments, historical buildings, green spaces and impressive museums. Despite this, it was less crowded than I expected. It deserves much more tourists.

I would like to leave a positive review to the Berlin Tourismus & Kongress GmbH, visitBerlin Service Team for their kind service and assistance. I erroneously booked the Classic City-Tour on Spree through historic and modern areas departing from Friedrichstr on 21 January 2025 (when I was visiting) not realizing that it was off season and only operating from March 2025. I only noticed when I arrived at the departure point and there was no boat. I immediately informed visitBerlin and they responded clarifying that "although the bindingly booked online tickets for the Spree cruise are excluded from exchange and cancellation according to the terms and conditions you accepted when booking, your booking will be canceled as a gesture of goodwill. You will receive a voucher in a separate e-mail for the ticket price you have already paid, which you can use to make ticket bookings with visitBerlin within the next 3 years." I am very grateful for the professional and courteous manner of the team and I look forward to taking the cruise. Highly recommend booking your sightseeing tours in Berlin with very reliable visit Berlin!

Purchased a museum pass. They didn’t send me any confirmation email that contains a QR which I can use as a ticket. Made it difficult to call nor send a reply from my email. I lost my money for nothing. Please reply my email if you ever see this.

Perfect with a click of a button we bought ourselves the tickets and we didn't have to stand in sometimes long queues.

Great experience booking with visit Berlin; the booking was easy but I made a mistake on the date, contacted them asking to change it and they were very nice and accommodating! also loved Berlin!
