Just bought the policy yesterday for relatives visiting the US. Buying the policy was super easy, only took a few minutes. I hope they will never use it during their visit but that will be when to find out how good or bad the policy is. (that is why I gave 4 stars for now).

I have used this service several times over the past couple of years for my step-daughter when she comes to visit the US from Spain. The website is easy, intuitive, and highlights differences between the plans very well. Additionally, the plan options are very well priced and use national insurance carrier networks so there is plenty of provider choice.

Pete Gasper provides excellent customer service and answered all of my questions about visitor insurance in the United States. I highly recommend him. He is a great advisor, especially when it comes to these difficult-to-understand topics such as insurance.

So far great service, I have used this insurance for my traveling around the U.S. And it has been working well when I have to go the urgent care. No charges so far. Just prescriptions. Great service.

This isn’t real insurance-it’s essentially a scam. They cover claims only until the deductible is reached, then deny everything beyond that. I strongly recommend saving your money to pay doctors directly rather than handing it over to them. I’ve purchased this insurance multiple times over the years, but when I finally needed to file a claim, they rejected it without giving a valid reason. I learned the hard way.

I have used this service in the past, I believe three times, it has been consistantly easy to manoeuvre the site, it also does not take a long time to fill out the application, fortunately I have not had to use their service!

I love this service and only wish I knew about it sooner! I've purchased plans for two different trips, and it was such a quick and easy process. The customer service team knows their stuff and is always so helpful. Highly recommend!
