We had the most incredible experience at Vista, Ritz Carlton in Almaty. My sisters and I organized from Europe a surprise dinner for our parents, and the entire team, especially Tomiris and Madina, went above and beyond. Despite the time differences, they were always in touch and processed our requests immediately, making changes according to our wishes. Our parents were treated to a spectacular view, delicious food and first-class service. Their needs were always met with care and attention. We'll definitely return whenever we're in Kazakhstan or whenever our parents have a special celebration. Thank you for making the evening unforgettable!

Arguable the best views of Almaty! The service was top notch! Everything we ordered was amazing, such a great selection of foods! Drinks were great too! The area is so beautiful to walk around, great for photos!

This restaurant has one of the best service quality in the city. We attended the Turkish night on Friday. Dishes were perfect and waiter (Alikhan) made it even more perfect with his politeness and cuteness. Absolutely recommend this place. Might be a bit pricey

One of the best places in Almaty. Nice views, good food and excellent service with English speaking staff. Living in Almaty for such a long time its a shame that we not discovered this place earlier. We will surely return.
