Vista Ridge Grill (at Fizola Market)

This is THE BEST sandwich i have had in Cedar Park by far, and probably top 3 in Austin. Very generous portions, fresh ingredients, and made authentically. I am excited to try the rest of the menu as I just got the regular italian sub and it is wildly delicious. So fortunate to have this in the neighbourhood. Can’t speak more highly. I’ve also had their breakfast and it great too. Delicious and hot

I love the Breakfast tacos at the in-station grill! The family running it are super nice and the tacos are huge and tasty! The drawings of the different tacos are funny to read through while the tacos are cooked up fresh and hot while you wait.

We were having guest over for an early brunch/UT game/pool party and went with Vista Ridge Grill to provide the breakfast tacos. We ordered 40 and all were phenomenal! The attention to detail in the ingredients is what makes this the best breakfast taco in Cedar Park and is up there with the best in the Austin Metro area. Eggs were individually fried (which blew our mind, adds so much flavor and texture) versus scrambled, potatoes seasoned to perfection, bacon perfectly done. As good as the tacos are, the same level of attention was placed in the variety of salsas they make. All of them were great and our guest all agreed. I've not had the whole menu, but intend to. I can also confirm their Burger is one of the best in CP too. HEAVY recommend for Vista Ridge Grill.

Visited for the first time today and all I can say is WOW! As a Chicago expat, it was suggested that I visit for their new Italian Beef Sandwich since TJ, one of the owners is a fellow Chicagoan. After seeing pics of their breakfast sandwiches we couldn't wait! All the salsas are homemade and out of this world! We had the spicy egg and regular egg sandwich- both the bacon and sausage were cooked perfectly and the spicy egg was the perfect amount of heat. We will definitely be back to try everything on the menu- thanks!!

The wake up call burger is very juicy and tasty. An absolutely amazing service! When ordered a regular fried and egg, staff is very nice. Kindly replaced an order of mine after accidentally making it spicy. The place seems local and the sandwiches are made with love. I 100% recommend anyone passing by to try Vista Ridge grill! Absolutely no regrets.

I really appreciate what they are doing here. The man behind the grill is a legend. Everything from quality, service and price are excellent. One of my favorite breakfast stops by far. Can't wait to try their lunch! Definitely recommend.

This place is just YUM. I had the patty melt with lettuce and tomato added. I'm looking forward to trying the other items. Don't let being in a gas station stop you from going - seriously good food!

Delicious! I feel like there are so many hidden gems in gas stations. This is my theory. And Vista Ridge proved me right. Nestled in a Valero, the chef owner greets folks by name, while his adorable mom welcomes each guest. Pictures of his kids are on the fridge, and descriptions of the menus are pasted on the counter - seemingly created by little hands. This guy cares about his food. This time - I ordered a simple bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. The bacon is perfectly crisp, and generously heaped on top of two fresh eggs you watch him cook in front of you on the grill. I love watching my food get prepared. Cooking for someone is an act of love - and I tasted it in every bite. Keep doing what you do! Your hard work is appreciated.

Austin~If you want to have THE BEST brisket tacos, sammies, croissants...COME TO VISTA RIDGE GRILL! Unfortunately, I did not take more pictures. We ate so fast. There was just no time. We had brisket tacos, chorizo tacos, brisket croissants, potato cheese and egg tacos. You name it they make it!! Annnnnd, they make it absolutely deliciously. This is a Mom and Pop ran business in the middle of a gas station. Probably some of the best food I've eaten in a very long time.

I was recommended this by someone when we were talking about hidden gems to eat where we live. Oh boy, was she right. This place is a hidden gem. In a Valero gas station, this grill makes a fire brisket cheesestaek sandwich. It comes out nice and hot with some spicy mayo. If you come hungry, fill up on this meal. Owned to which I believe is family. The cook knows what he is doing. The lady taking my order filled with smiles and welcomed me. She said if this is your first time try our Philly. AM I glad. I think yes! They have breakfast tacos burgers. The place is super casual. I mean, it's in the middle of a gas station. If anyone knows, it's a hit or miss on gas station food. We'll I'll say it again. This is a direct hit o. The bulls eye of flavor. Gas up and eat all I can ask for.

We've driven by here a bunch of times and didn't realize this place was hidden inside, but wish we had sooner! As others have pointed out, it's a hidden gem in a Valero gas station. We were greeted by the owner and his mom, who were very friendly and told us all about their menu. The food was so flavorful and delicious! We will be coming back because everything on the menu looks tasty. Give this place a shot, you will not be disappointed! If there is something that is not on their menu, but they have the ingredients, the owner/chef might even make it for you anyway!

So, they used to have a food truck pre-covid but now we get the luxury of a take out feel while protected from the outdoor elements and also conveniently located within Fizola Market! I should know the owner's name because last time I was there I met his Mom, who is adorable BTW... she is so proud of her son and his menu. Me too! This morning my son was sent home from school not feeling too top and we swung into Fizola for some electrolytes. The smell of the Grille made my stomach growl so I had to pop over and grab myself a breakfast taco. My son was totally excited when he saw the drawing of the pig and the words BACON on the sign. Minutes later we were tasting their special new House potatoes! WOW those are GOOD!!! They are perfectly seasoned and have that light crisp on the outside with that soft and warm potato inside. You don't even need a sauce, but they also offer a chipotle mayo for the tacos (and potatoes!!) and it's bomb. He also offers veggie versions and there is a great list of lunch items on the menu as well. Philly Cheesesteak was a special that I saw. Check it out and let me know what YOU think! Legit the best food I've ever had in a gas station. Amazing food, seems like it's family run. The chef takes pride in his work and it shows. I stumbled in and have been back 3 times in a week. The breakfast and lunch is phenomenal. Try the spicy egg sandwich, tacos, or brisket philly. You can't go wrong!
