Vital Cryo has become a key part of my wellness routine as a professional mover here in Vancouver. The treatments help me recover faster, reduce inflammation, and stay in top form so I can keep doing the heavy lifting day after day. The staff are knowledgeable and welcoming, and the space is clean, modern, and energizing. Highly recommend to anyone who takes their physical health seriously—especially if your job puts your body to the test like mine does!

Staff is super friendly, makes the experience so pleasant and comfortable. And the benefits from cryotherapy are incredible and SO much easier than doing cold plunges! Highly recommended 👍

The whole time I had the red light therapy the staff were talking loudly and it didn’t feel very relaxing, specially because u have to stand for 20 minutes. Also they had a deal that if you did cryotherapy for the first time u can book a red light therapy for free, so I told the staff about it and they told me it’s too late! Lol they charged me for both. Fake offer and rude! also they wanna sell you their packages so badly which is never nice. Update: the manager emailed me and was super nice, they offered me a free session and apologized for what happened which I think is always super nice!

I was planning to leave a five star review, as cryotherapy is incredibly useful for body pains, skin and motivation and Vital does its best to serve customers, however, a less pleasant experience has changed my mind. There is a tall white female supervisor suspiciously refusing to let us have a session. She said that we didn’t have an appointment and it’s required to do so on weekends. Never heard about it, and also that day I was bringing two newcomers to subscribe. What a waste, isn’t it? Hopefully there’s no more contradictions/confusions toward our future attendance. Still highly recommend cryotherapy!

I noticed an immediate improvement to both my energy and mood after the first session. I like that it's fast (3 minutes). I really like the staff. They'll coach you through the session if you need it.
