I noticed an immediate improvement to both my energy and mood after the first session. I like that it's fast (3 minutes). I really like the staff. They'll coach you through the session if you need it.

The whole time I had the red light therapy the staff were talking loudly and it didn’t feel very relaxing, specially because u have to stand for 20 minutes. Also they had a deal that if you did cryotherapy for the first time u can book a red light therapy for free, so I told the staff about it and they told me it’s too late! Lol they charged me for both. Fake offer and rude! also they wanna sell you their packages so badly which is never nice.

Amazing experience, felt much lighter after and felt the difference even after 1 session, I’m going to sign up for multiple sessions, can’t put a price on your health and wellness!!!

The girls that work there are always very friendly and helpful. And any time Ive had an issue or question about my subscription theyve made it stress free and solved my issue. The experience of the cryptherapy itself is 3 minutes long and i always feel better after doing it. I am always glad to have done it!

The latest trend is cold plunges and ice baths. If you have tried those and feel the benefits, this will blow your mind. The aches disappear almost instantly. Way better than plunges, you stay try and the intensity is so much higher. Expect to feel more Engery after your treatment and also have an awesome sleep that night and for some a few nights after as well. It’s a must try if you haven’t before!

I absolutely loved my Cryotherapy experience's. The customer service is always amazing, a very clean and beautiful space, great location. I am in and out within 10 minutes and feel incredible during and after every time.

Honest opinion is that cold plunge blows this out of the water for recovery and all that.. few issues after doing about half dozen sessions per month was toward the end of my sessions it felt like they cheaped out and wasn't as cold. True benefit would prob come from doing this everyday to see real results whatever they may be. Personal opinion the women working there arent trained very well and are quite annoying while you're in the chamber, too many questions, very nosey and just kind of ruins the vibe , so that's my tip for them going forward... Otherwise all good to each their own.
