Vitalhotel Edelweiss

We stayed at the hotel with our 5.5-month-old baby and had a wonderful experience. Our Cosy Corner room was extremely convenient for traveling with a baby. It has plenty of storage space, and the countertop with the sink was especially useful — we could easily place our bottle sterilizer and bottle warmer there. The hotel kindly provided a baby cot, a changing mat, and a diaper bin, which made our stay much easier. Our little one also really enjoyed the warm baby pool. This was our second stay at the hotel, and it remains our favorite hotel in Austria. The food is delicious and of very high quality. In the spa area there are always drinks, nuts, and fruits available, which is a lovely touch. We also really enjoyed the guided hikes with Markus. A special thank you to the waiters and the cleaning ladies for their great work and kindness!

We had two rooms: one the Chalet and one the junior suite. Our stay was great. Unfortunately our son was between two families, was the stay a bit clouded. We hope the organiser of the room takes a look at the guest list😉.|The stay was great, food as well, beds are a highlight. Well done. See you soon in this marvellous area.

Excellent hotel with a alpine, but modern touch, spa facilities, fine restaurant and various services. Perfect option for families.

We had the most wonderful stay at Vitalhotel Edelweiss. The room was amazing and spacious for 5 people (which we rarely find) - and SUPER clean. Food was so delicious, plentiful and healthy. And my picky kids ate every meal happily. The pool was so cool and fun. Skiing was perfect for our family (if you're looking for lots of blacks, it's not for you, but lots of blues and reds). We also loved the tobogganing. The whole experience was so so wonderful, even during half-term holiday, nothing felt too crowded. We hope to go back

We’ve just returned home from a wonderful week’s stay as a family of 4. The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was really delicious and well presented. Plus the location is perfect. The views from our balcony of the valley and up to the glacier were beautiful. We shall definitely be returning.

The experience at the hotel was amazing. We were welcomed with the champagne. The rooms were new, fresh, well equipped with amazing modern design. The spa area has so much to offer. Swimming pool with amazing view on the mountains, many different saunas: herbal, wet and dry. They even offer food and bio tea next to the saunas. The food was delicious. Many different cuisines so everyone could find something for themselves. Everyday hotel offered a lift to and back from the ski resort. They even picked us up from the train station and offered to bring us back. Another thing that they did which was amazing is that we by accident threw our clothes to the trash bin by the sink. The next day the hotel returned those clothes back to us. We were shocked how nice they are. Lastly, when we left the hotel we forgot to take a swimming suit. Hotel wrote us back and said they can send it back to us. What a wonderful family running this business and wonderful stay we had at the hotel. We are coming back here for multiple years in a row!

From the moment we arrived, we could feel the warm, family-owned atmosphere throughout the hotel. The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Marie at the spa—she made our experience even more enjoyable! Obwohl wir keine Deutsch sprechen, war alle welcoming und accommodating. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel! We were picked up by the hotel shuttle from the Innsbruck airport, which is about 30-40min drive. Room was very spacious and clean with nice views of the mountains. It was perfect for our family of three. Transfer to the ski area is hassle free by the shuttle. Our daughter enjoyed indoor and outdoor pools after skiing. Outdoor pool has amazing views, very relaxing. There is also adults-only saunas area. ||Food was delicious, dinners were always something special. Surrounding area felt very tranquil, we spent some time nearby sledging and snowballing.||Overall we had a great time and looking forward to come back next year!
