Horrible online shopping experience. I sent back a pair of shoes because they were too small and they refused to refund me because they claimed the shoes were not in the condition they sent them to me. Mind you this was the last pair of shoes available , they were last season which means they have been sitting in the department store available for anybody to try them on. And I sent the shoes back the same day I received them ! Absolute disgraceful behaviour not only did they not refund me , I am also being accused of fraudulent behaviour ! So disrespectful and embarrassing.

No Refund After 2 Months Returned my item using their UPS label; tracking shows it’s been stuck in a Polish warehouse for over two months. No refund, no help, and terrible customer service throughout. Completely unacceptable.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences with this company. I ordered a BV ring, but they mistakenly shipped it to Haiti instead of Hong Kong due to an issue with the delivery address. What’s worse is that their customer service was completely unhelpful throughout the process. Lack of Responsibility – Instead of resolving the issue, they forced me to request a refund rather than offering a proper solution. Dishonest Communication – They did not disclose the full situation regarding the incorrect shipping details and only informed me later that the parcel needed to be dispatched to Haiti. Blaming the Customer – They repeatedly blamed me for filling in the wrong country, yet they themselves failed to notice this error for an entire week before shipping it out. Despite multiple requests, I have not received any response from a manager, and the CS team keeps shifting the responsibility back to me. This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had, especially compared to my purchases from Saks Fifth Avenue, SSENSE, Selfridges, Mr Porter, and Mytheresa—all of whom provide far better customer service. Right now, I don’t even know when I’ll get my refund, and I have zero confidence in ordering from them again. If they cannot properly review shipping details before dispatching an order, how can customers trust them? Highly disappointed and would not recommend this shopping experience to anyone.

The place to go if you want to find stone island collection. Selection of atone island isnt so much, but there is always something to get you interested.

Hesitant to buy from them at first due to some bad reviews, but took a chance as there were some really good reviews also. And they had this Ferragamo bag that was already sold out everywhere else, and it was on sale at a good price. After the purchase using PayPal, I got no email confirmation from them, only the confirmation from PayPal. I started to worry, but 2 days later, UPS notified me that my package from them is on the way. Package arrived exactly 1 week after purchase (would have been earlier, but UPS plane broke down). Item was packed very neatly and presentation was excellent. Paperwork neatly presented and box was wrapped in a Vitkac red ribbon. Expectations surpassed. Will not hesitate to purchase again.

I live in Los Angeles. CA. Was skeptical about ordering a nike bag from them because it was $29 w/ free UPS shipping. I believe the store is in Poland so I figured there was no way It would be free express shipping. I dont even think there was sales tax. Surprisingly the order came 3 days later, today, on Christmas eve. I was shocked!! The packaging is super nice. Looks real expensive. I love it!

Okay so I just was very hesitant to purchase anything on this site because of the mixed reviews. Mostly of people receiving wrong products, unable to speak with customer service and never getting their items. But there was a jacket on Coach that I missed out on to buy for my boyfriend. Coach told me they would not be bringing it back as it was a collaboration. Vitkac had one left, strange it sounded to me, but I took a chance. I did payment through klarna. Products are from a store Poland so I was extra concerned when it said the shipping was free. It also said it would be here in a week. Still nervous, I ordered it. And would you guess it arrived a week exactly, I was able to use a new member discount promo and got it for half the price (it was marked down too since it was the last one) AND it came in a nice sealed jacket holder with a pretty ribbon and a bow. I opened it and it was exactly what I ordered. I am so beyond happy and excited to give him this gift. It's sad that some people didn't get what they wanted, because they are a hidden gem and not getting good reviews. Guess I was lucky!

Caveat Emptor! Ordered 4 Moncler items and two were returned. On Vitkac's under "my account" confirms that items were returned, but they never refunded money and never answers the customer service line. You can't hear rings and after one minute of silence, the line gets disconnected.

This review is for potential Farfetch buyers. I got a skirt from this store through Farfetch and it was shipped out to me in an awful condition. It arrived damaged with multiple threads coming out of the skirt along the bottom hem. It's even hard to believe they could put a garment in this condition to an envelope. Thankfully, Farfetch stepped in and helped resolved the issue but things like this should never happen in a first place considering Vitkac's price point.

I've made a couple purchases here, I think it depends on the amount of items you order, one or two might not be a problem but large fulfillment of product just isn't happening. Overall though it tends to be a waste of time since if they decide not to bother with your order there isn't a valid way to cancel or refund (the link attached to your email isn't real) and their customer service is non-existent.

I ordered a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals from Vitkac.com. Originally, I had obtained the same shoes through JimmyChoo.com. They were too big, even after I exchanged them for a one-half smaller size. By that time, JimmyChoo.com was sold out of the next smaller size, and I liked the shoes. Vitkac.com had the shoes in the next smaller size. Since I knew nothing about Vitkac, located in Poland, I contacted customer service at Jimmy Choo. They told me that Vitkac is not a direct buyer from them--meaning that they could not confirm their authenticity--but said that does not necessarily mean the shoes are counterfeit. Doing a bit more research, including on TripAdvisor which had reviews from shoppers at the physical location in Warsaw, I decided to buy the shoes. The purchase and delivery went very smoothly. The shoes appear to be exactly the same as the ones I obtained directly from Jimmy Choo, including the box, cloth shoe bag, and small Jimmy Choo booklet. The exterior packaging was of good quality and included the paperwork needed to return the shoes, which I won't be doing. I love the shoes!
