Solid hotel. We went in November and there was plenty of free parking right outside the door. The exterior doesn’t look exceptional, but the interior has a cool vibe, and the junior suite provided a window bench seat and a couple of chairs. Bed and pillows were good. We were warm in the room and were unable to adjust the temperature. Also didn’t like the perfume smell upon entering but opening the doors rectified the smell. A short walk to inside the wall and all the sites. Great breakfast with lots of choices. I would stay again.

The highlight is undoubtedly the rooftop – the seasonal pool, sauna, and Avista Bar offer breathtaking panoramic views over Évora's historic rooftops, ideal for sunset drinks. Breakfast was a standout: a generous buffet with fresh local products, cheeses, pastries, and excellent coffee. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in seamless and offering great local tips. Location is spot-on – just a short walk to the UNESCO old town, Temple of Diana, and Chapel of Bones. Free parking was a bonus too. Highly recommended for couples or anyone exploring Évora – fantastic value and a relaxing oasis. 9/10!

We stayed at Vitoria Stone Hotel. We arrived early and had to wait for our room but they held our bags for us. It is easy walking distance to the walls around the city.||The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a lovely view from the rooftop pool area of the walled city. Parking on site was easy to find and convenient.|The buffet breakfast was very good and there was a good selection of food.||My husband had left his electric adapters at home and the hotel lent us a set and then directed us to a nearby store where my husband was able to make a purchase.||The staff were all very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Rooms looks better at booking than real. Dark light in the room if you need light - not here In the bathroom should be second light littlebit darker especially if you want to take a toilet in the night Reception should say about sauna that as fast as possible you should make a reservation. They only say that you need to make a reservation but they don’t tell that is good to make as fast as possible especially if someone asks for sauna and book this hotel for SAUNA!! So as always - communication! Great breakfast but scrambled eggs have blue awful color and look. Please change it Generally good. But not very as I thought it be :\ ehhh edit: you had only one chance to impress me, If I will be in Evorra ever (I don't think so) - I will not take this hotel, only better. You have always ONE chance.

Beautiful beautiful place! Nice room, clean, cozy and good bedsheets. The breakfast was royal!!!! The restaurant it is beautiful!

The location is good. The rooms are very comfortable, modern, with a nice bed and bathroom. The rooms have a balcony with a small table and chairs. Breakfast is also very good. The swimming pool on the rooftop is amazing, with a bar nearby. Parking the car is also very easy and free.

This is an outstanding accommodation- clean, and friendly staff. Thank you Patricia for writing down the names of cheeses at the amazing breakfast buffet- that included Prosecco!|Now, to address the negative reviews. |This is Europe. Rooms are smaller. But, we had ample space for 2 people, 2 large suitcases and 2 carry on bags. ||The bathroom sink is a trough style found in many breweries, wineries and restaurants in the US- usually made of metal. It is ample size unless you want to do dishes! ||The pool is not small. Most of the 42 people on our tour spent the afternoon in that pool. Not sure if you were expecting Olympic size or what? ||I leave you with 2 thoughts- |1. Stop being so miserable and you will better enjoy life|2. I am grateful not to be traveling with you

Loved my stay here, although I only managed to sleep for about 3 hours due to the noisy a/c, which sounded like a gremlin making loud noises all night--it would stop for a while and then start again. The dinner was fantastic, and breakfast was incredible, except for the coffee, which tasted like overly strong instant coffee, and the espresso came from pods, not real coffee. The sauna was enjoyable, but you need to book it, and it closes early. In the morning, the sun shines so bright in there that I wasn't prepared for my eyes to be blasted. Also, there was no soap in the shower up where the sauna is located, no toilet or water to drink. Despite these little things, the breakfast was freaking amazing, and the dinner was also excellent! Beatriz, our server, was amazing. However, when I brought up the issue with the noisy a/c and the lack of sleep it caused, there was no apology or effort to remedy the situation. Nevertheless, the place offers a wide array of gluten-free and vegan options on their menu, making it a top-notch spot for food enthusiasts.

A wonderful hotel with gracious staff and not to be believed breakfast buffet. Two blocks from the entrance to the old city of Évora. We didn't take advantage of the pool or gym, but the restaurant is definitely 5 star. Highly recommend!
