This is an outstanding accommodation- clean, and friendly staff. Thank you Patricia for writing down the names of cheeses at the amazing breakfast buffet- that included Prosecco!|Now, to address the negative reviews. |This is Europe. Rooms are smaller. But, we had ample space for 2 people, 2 large suitcases and 2 carry on bags. ||The bathroom sink is a trough style found in many breweries, wineries and restaurants in the US- usually made of metal. It is ample size unless you want to do dishes! ||The pool is not small. Most of the 42 people on our tour spent the afternoon in that pool. Not sure if you were expecting Olympic size or what? ||I leave you with 2 thoughts- |1. Stop being so miserable and you will better enjoy life|2. I am grateful not to be traveling with you

Overall a very nice stay. Cool vibe inside, loved the mirrored hallways, rooms were chic. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety. Service was good, not great and I did not like the fact that I could not lower the temperature past what they had programmed. Bar/pool deck/sauna all very relaxing.

The location is good. The rooms are very comfortable, modern, with a nice bed and bathroom. The rooms have a balcony with a small table and chairs. Breakfast is also very good. The swimming pool on the rooftop is amazing, with a bar nearby. Parking the car is also very easy and free.

Stopped off here whilst enroute to Serra de Estrela. Beautiful modern hotel with just a 10 minutes walk to the old town. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern with super comfy bed and pillows. Restaurants and bars in this hotel are amazing with fantastic area on the roof with pool. Good breakfast with a selection to suit all dietary requirements.Parking is free which is located at the front of the hotel on a street. There's also a carpark to the rear but not sure if it belongs to the hotel. Highly recommended

Very kind hoste, asking for an iron I received it in few seconds. The room is so comfortable with a view on the private hospital. Breakfast is the best surprise. Grand buffet with a tasty local and Portuguese varieties. Sure I will come back.

This hotel is *fine* - was expecting more from a 4-star hotel. Best part is the dining experience, dinner and breakfast were good. Excellent cocktails. The room has a lot to be desired and the bathroom sink is comically small. Decent location to walk into town and explore. Would stay here again if I needed to stick to a tight budget.

Hotel is very close to city centre, comes with sauna, small gym and a rooftop pool/bar. Hotel also offers free parking. Room is very comfortable.Only bone I can pick is the shower cubicle being too small for comfort as it’s in a rectangular shape.

Beautiful hotel outside of the walled town. The hotel is very lovely and decorated impeccably. The check in was easy and friendly staff. Rooms were a good size, shower good and nice little balcony (didnt use because coldish outside). Breakfast was quite nice and the restaurant looked nice, though didnt eat there. Only small issues were: found the hallway quite dark whether it was during the day or night to navigate....and no other restaurants to eat at really in the area. We happened upon a new burger place that had just opened up 2 weeks before that was yummy!

Loved my stay here, although I only managed to sleep for about 3 hours due to the noisy a/c, which sounded like a gremlin making loud noises all night--it would stop for a while and then start again. The dinner was fantastic, and breakfast was incredible, except for the coffee, which tasted like overly strong instant coffee, and the espresso came from pods, not real coffee. The sauna was enjoyable, but you need to book it, and it closes early. In the morning, the sun shines so bright in there that I wasn't prepared for my eyes to be blasted. Also, there was no soap in the shower up where the sauna is located, no toilet or water to drink. Despite these little things, the breakfast was freaking amazing, and the dinner was also excellent! Beatriz, our server, was amazing. However, when I brought up the issue with the noisy a/c and the lack of sleep it caused, there was no apology or effort to remedy the situation. Nevertheless, the place offers a wide array of gluten-free and vegan options on their menu, making it a top-notch spot for food enthusiasts.

We stayed at Vitoria Stone Hotel. We arrived early and had to wait for our room but they held our bags for us. It is easy walking distance to the walls around the city. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a lovely view from the rooftop pool area of the walled city. Parking on site was easy to find and convenient. The buffet breakfast was very good and there was a good selection of food. My husband had left his electric adapters at home and the hotel lent us a set and then directed us to a nearby store where my husband was able to make a purchase. The staff were all very helpful and attentive to our needs.

A wonderful hotel with gracious staff and not to be believed breakfast buffet. Two blocks from the entrance to the old city of Évora. We didn't take advantage of the pool or gym, but the restaurant is definitely 5 star. Highly recommend!
