Vitrum Hotel

Very nice service, even if he's old, he is still good at doing his job, your housekeeping employee Conquest is very kind❤️.

I booked the Vitrum Hotel which is what this hotel used to be but it's changed ownership and now called Boutique Suites Palermo so don't be fooled by the old reputable name and pictures! it is clearly not at the same level it used to be. - There is no kitchen/restaurant/food at the hotel! - There is nothing in your room to make tea/coffee. No water. - A fridge that is smelly, load and doesn't even cool water! - Both aircon and fridge were noisy, clicking sounds making it hard to sleep - The beds and linen were dirty. My room was never cleaned or was an asked if I would like it cleaned. Very run down. - Barely any interaction from staff or asked how my stay was when checking out. My company had this listed as a suggested hotel which I will be requesting is removed as I would not advise anyone to stay here

We stayed two nights here and could not have been happier. The staff literally could not do more for us and the outdoor spaces were fantastic especially for enjoying a cigarette outside. The room we had came with a spacious balcony with a small pool that was amazing in the heat to dip in. You could also enjoy a cigarette on the balcony. The area is lively and amazing, many restaurants and bars on every corner. The bar goers on Saturday night were a bit loud but did not bother us in our room at all and we enjoyed watching the activity from our balcony. The included breakfast had everything you could need and you could order eggs however you wanted them. Anyone who complains about the breakfast I’m not sure what they expect. There were meats and cheeses, fruit, many fresh juices, coffee, tea, eggs, pastries, etc. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. A couple of things people might find negative were a relatively small television but we found it adequate because we weren’t there to watch tv much and it did the trick to enjoy a show we had downloaded, hooking up an ipad to the television was easily accessed as long as you bring along an HDMI cable. Some of the finishes were done a little sloppy but everything worked so again this was not a negative for us. The staff made our stay and we found them to be great ambassadors for Buenos Aires. I would highly recommend staying in Palermo and at the vitrum. Lucas at the front desk deserves a special mention as he was extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were also very nice and went out of their way to get us anything we wanted.

This hotel is very cute and nicer than what I imagined from the pictures. I stayed in room 18 and it was very quiet and spacious. It felt like an apartment based on the amount of space that was there. My room face the street, and was at a low enough level that it was behind the colored glass. This meant I didn't have an easy view outside but I could open and pivot the windows to see out if I wanted. No complaints at all. Street noise was not an issue. ||The front desk staff was fantastic with the few requests I made, and even getting the in room refrigerator repaired was taken care of immediately and done in a very polite way.||

we have been staying at the virtue ever since it opened around 12 years ago. they personnel have always been amazing. the hotel has grown in size, but staff have always remained attentive, helpful and very personable. The hotel could use a little maintenance and the pool wasn’t maintained as usual, but we were visiting under extreme circumstances. The coronavirus had reached Argentina and staff were making the hotel as safe and as comfortable as possible.||the location is perfect. A short walk to the main shopping area in Palermo, lots of close restaurants, variety stores and a grocery on the same block 5 store fronts away for snacks, beer, wine, etc. there are a couple fluff and fold laundry services close by as well.||Uber is available in Buenos Aires finally and seems safe and reliable. It’s terrible that taxis drivers are suffering, but, like most cities around the world, taxis have not been the most honest in the past and are now suffering because of corrupt drivers and a very corrupt taxi company. even from the airport I would suggest using a remis or private car service. less than $50 USD for 3 people with luggage and will include all road tolls. the hotel will accommodate you ar you can hire one at the airport before exiting. if you get a price you don't like move the the next remis serves as they are lined up. getting an uber seems to be getting easier at the airport . just don't let its an uber, simply friends picking you up.||We always stay at the Vitrum and will continue for our next visit.

The management of this hotel hires and/or trains very well. This is a nice little boutique hotel on a quiet street. The reason for their 5 stars is the friendly and helpful staff. They gave the impression that no question was too dumb and no request to menial. As an example, on the first day, we inquired as to the best place to catch a taxi. The young person behind the desk insisted on escorting us to the best place. The breakfast that comes with the room is terrific and the other meals that the restaurant serves are better than most hotel restaurants.

We've already booked two nights on our return. Excellent hotel. Very clean, great customer service, good breakfast. Lots of hot water and pressure and good bath sheets. The pool is warm, it does get busy so show up early for a chair. I had a terrific one hour massage today by "Cecilia", highly recommended. Lots of nearby restaurants.

Located in an amazing spot, this hotel is amazing in nearly every way from ease of access to restaurants, bars, and stores, to the level of service, attention to detail, and quality of amenities, food (complimentary hit breakfast), and the comfort of the room, linens, and furniture. Priced well for Buenos Aires, inclusive of a fabulous breakfast bar with both hot eggs, cheeses, meats, and what feels like an endless array of pastries, breads, and sweets. Wifi is a bit spotty in the room but downstairs, it works wonders. Staff are immensely kind and considerate, always checking to see if you need something. Classy is how I'd describe everyone's demeanor and mentality. The downstairs spa is phenomenal and accessible even after check out in case you want to take a shower pre-flight. They have an exercise room and a lap pool as well for those looking to work out. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful. The center of the building from bottom floor to top is made of glass and reminds me so much of an exotic greenhouse. There are seating areas as well on the 2nd floor where you can read a book or work, and feel as if you're in the middle of a garden. It's even more beautiful when it rains. Noise levels were nonexistent. The walls are quite thick and the hotel is a block away from major bars so you won't be kept awake or woken early morning. I'd definitely return here to stay long-term as well, and have even suggested it to many people planning to visit Buenos Aires.

We had a wonderful stay here, our room was surprisingly spacious, with a sitting area and a large bathroom and shower. The decor is clean and modern. The service was excellent and the hotel is right in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. The only thing is that there are some busy nightclubs nearby and it can get pretty noisy but the rooms were pretty well soundproofed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would return.
