VIVA BURGER

The best vegan burgers I've ever had! They are home made, not bought fake meat, with vegetables and spices .. so much flavour and texture - so tasty! I had the Queen burger it was delicious. The nacho starters were yummy, and the chunky chips perfect. The staff were attentive and polite and clearly proud of their restaurant. It's being decorated and looks so pretty and welcoming. I will make a point of coming here every time I visit Madrid.

I wouldn't really recommended it, at least for the Mexican options. Food wasn't bad, but it didn't have any particular flavour other than vegetable oil and soy sauce? Definitely not Mexican. You pay 20 euros for 4 tacos! And the tortillas were very dry and crumbling. We were fairly disappointed, but at least the servers were nice and the place is cute.

AWFUL. Mashing things together and putting it between two buns does not make a burger. What a waste of time. The "burgers" here are extremely hard to eat because they fall apart upon the first bite. The absolute least they could have done was grind up the PEANUTS that they used in the "burgers" so that at least they held together. We got maybe 8 small wedges of potato and a confusing SANDWICH for 16€ (each) which is a HUGE amount to pay compared to MANY other fully vegan restaurants in the area. The drink I received was mainly only ice cream and a VERY small amount of rum. Not at all worth the 11€ we paid. If you sit outside you will be on a hill and inclined so that you table does not sit solidly on the ground. I am not one to write one star reviews but this was so terrible I absolutely had to. Do not waste your money here. Two SANDWICHES, a drink and a soda was about 55€. Insane prices for LESS THAN mediocre food and drinks. Will never visit again and you shouldn't either.

Viva Burger is a fine example of what vegetarian burgers should be tasting like. They don't try to replicate the taste of meat because they are defining their own tastes. You'll be happy you tired the house made bean patties and fries. The Bombay was my favorite, but the entire menu is a good choice. Restrooms are located in a dungeon down a few flights of stairs if you're a guy, and be aware that they don't offer burgers when they first open. You'll be choosing from a limited brunch menu if you arrive too early.

Didn't have any food but we had a couple drinks. Our waiter / bartender was really cool. He brought us out some olives and potato chips with our drink order. The place is under construction so there's not a lot of stuff going on inside but there's a beautiful court outside with lots of tables and chairs. A beautiful square with shade (perfect weather today) it's been a great experience there's park benches to sit around lots of people hanging out feeding pigeons and a beautiful church right next door. 1 minor hick-up with the drink order but our guy fixed it right away. The wife does not like vermouth in her sangria, Dude was cool about it, took it back and replaced it with wine and sparkling water.

Excellent vegan options. Had dinner & breakfast there during my stay. My friend & I shared Avocado toast & Tofu scramble. Yum! Big portions & inexpensive. Make a reservation for dinner—if not, worth the wait. The burgers are filling.

One of the best place for vegetarians and vegans. Staff very friendly and helpful. Also they have very interesting healthy drink options.

Discovered this gem 7 years ago on my first trip to Madrid. I come now whenever I am in town visiting my daughter. The burgers are amazing and the wraps are also delicious. It is my favorite veggie burger I've ever had. And the service is wonderful! The decor is so beautiful also.

La comida aquí es tan deliciosa que no quise terminar para poder prolongar ese buen momento. No pude creer la variedad de opciones que me forzaban a pensar seriamente en qué pedir para no arrependirme de probar algo después. La hamburguesa tiene un sabor inigualable y las porciones parecen ser exactas a lo que necesitas. El servicio fue directo y al punto. Aunque cabe mencionar que muy amables todos allí que nos brindaron recomendaciones y contenido de los platillos. El ambiente invitaba a quedarte para la sobremesa y reposar de un día lleno de caminatas. Volvería sin duda alguna a este lugar para experimentar nuevamente las sensaciones en mi paladar que conmigo se quedaron en aquella visita. ¡Provecho!

We got 3 burgers and we all shared. I loved each one! We got the mallorquina burger, the bombay burger, and the chingona burger. The mallorquina was everyone's favorite! The bombay burger was too sweet for me to have in a burger. The chingona burger was not spicy at all and could have definitely used more flavor. Also, we got a thai salad and it was delicious! The vegetables were fresh and the dressing was refreshing. The service is pretty fast and the staff are really nice. Definitely note that these burgers are DELICIOUS, but not your typical American tasting burger.

The BEST vegan burger I've had. The buns were so soft and fluffy, and the portions were huge. I honestly recommend all of the burgers. The falafel burger is also very good. They use apple in their patties which is interesting and provides a great crunch. Don't come here expecting a meat like burger. It's an amazing veggie burger, with options that are very different from each other. They even have Japanese seaweed on their Japanese inspired burger. The burgers come with potatoes which really do fill you up. I ordered the cookie as well as it was huge, crunchy and very tasty. There were a bunch of chocolate chips and oats in it. I wish I could've tried more but during my trip to Madrid I was able to go there twice. The service is fast and everyone is friendly.

Pretty good for vegetarian burgers! We enjoyed a variety of burgers and wraps and we were all very pleased with our food. The potatoes that come on the side are great. Additionally, it's a large portion! The burgers are great, they don't really taste like veggie burgers - due to the large amount of toppings. What we were upset about is that we were charged an extra 10% on everything for sitting on the terrace. We were unaware of this, until we saw the bill and questioned our waiter. He then pointed to a tiny suction of the menu that indicated this policy. We felt pretty cheated. It was good food but definitely over priced for Madrid.

Our first lunch in Madrid and it couldn't have been better! Their lunch menu is such a great deal - burger, soup or salad, chips, soft drink and Deseret (or coffee) for only 12 euros! And it was all good! The table next to us wasn't vegan but they came because they just love the food here. Go go go!

We purposely ordered 2 different burgers in order to split them and compare flavors. They were both DELICIOUS and I would recommend both equally. The staff was super friendly and the place is very trendy. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, vegan or not.

This place is DIVINE. Everything was so delicious, and vegan too! Love this place, and will be coming back. The only bummer is that they charge an extra 10% for sitting outside, which is a bummer because it's next to the gorgeous Iglesias de San Idres. But the inside is nice, it's a lovely vibe with good music. Would highly recommend.

I went to Viva Burger on a Sunday for dinner and the place is vegan and Amazing. Specially we were a bit late and they were very nice with us we also overstay past closing time and they were very nice as well. The price is excellent. I ordered the spinach balls and I was obsessed with it. And the Vegan Mexican Burger and I was obsessed I highly recommend it. Specially when weather is nice. They have a very good open outdoors seating. Also the tea selection is wonderful. Is very good for vegans and people that don't drink.

My girlfriend and I got to Viva Burger at 5, so the kitchen was closed but we decided to get some sangria while we waited on the patio. When dinner came around, we ordered the Japanese burger and the Forest burger. Both were good but the Forest was better (the other one had a little too much seaweed for our tastes). It came with fresh fries and a tzaziki-type sauce. The fries were delicious!! Would recommend to vegan and vegetarian burger lovers! Very good overall.

Veggie burgers, galore! This place is makes the best of both their location and their know-how. Their burgers (I've now personally tried 4) are juicy and very different. Succulent even for an extreme meat lover such as myself. Service is marvelous and one time, when we went together with my Mom, who doesn't speak Spanish that well got us a free dessert because our server liked that she was trying, with her dictionary high in hand, to get her thoughts and opinions across. It's definitely best to come at nights when the temperature has gone down, but be prepared to find like-minded people, probably already waiting in line - because this place is popular and does not take reservations, not outdoors at least. Love coming back!

After reading the great reviews I had to try this place. Glad I did. Tasty yes very. But the test of healthy food is how you feel after eating. This is feel good food! If you prefer healthy eating you have to try VivaBurger. And service is excellent too.

Friendly service, delicious food, upbeat atmosphere...! The freshly-squeezes juices are great, the burger patties are tasty without being salty, and the baked-daily burger buns are excellent.

It's not that big deal anymore to receive a good, tasty and fresh meal at restaurant these days . However to experience incredible, friendly and caring staff can be challenging at times and then mix in special request and allergies in the games sadly not that often ! The staff and especially our waitress , could have been a manager too was the most friendliest and brilliant person who took care of us at a dinner in a long time ! Viva Burgers this is the way to go and keep customers coming back! Not to forget to mention our delicious and yummy food we indulged ! We ordered a mixed salad with a base of coconut curry infused rice noodles and lots of crisp and zesty root vege to go along with and shared a portion of the yuka chips with homemade salsa and an extremely tasty aoili both sauces and dishes were vegan and gf friendly ! Me again absolute delighted with the variety of options I had and I surely will be back next time when in Madrid ! All in all incredible evening from start to finish all 5 stars deserved and I wonder why no one had reviewed this pace yet ! Yelpers check it out you won't be disappointed !

Today was our 3rd day in Madrid. We were eating wherever we could find vegetables and pasta without eggs... good luck. You can't even get a custom pizza... everything is frozen. Finally found Viva Burger and wish we would have been fortunate enough to find it earlier! This place has delicious vegan food, a great atmosphere and good service. We would come here for every meal if we weren't moving on to Barcelona tomorrow! Don't hesitate to come here for Vegan food!!

I went with a few friends and decided to eat here for lunch on Sunday. The waitress was waiting on nearly twenty tables and took forever. She messed up our order and our bill had another table's order. It took more than 30min for them to fix it. The food is overpriced and they charged us for sitting outside without letting us know beforehand and on the back has small print saying there was a fee. Also one of my friends had a nut allergy, the waitress told us there were no nuts in the burger however there was. The burger did not need nuts, I'm not sure why it had it. The chocolate is good and that's why I gave it 1 star instead of 0. Coming to eat here was not a fun experience for us.

Delicious and filling vegetarian place in a quiet, interesting plaza only minutes' walk from the dead center of Madrid. The servers were attentive and our food (signature burger, crema del día soup and salad) was delicious. The coffee was great as well. Good atmosphere inside and a number of tables outside in the sun.

Everything was delicious! I had the menu of the day, which comes with bread, two courses, and a dessert or coffee. My partner ordered a veggie burger - huge and delicious. Everyone was very nice and they speak English. There is WiFi. Thank you!

Very tasty vegetarian burgers, nice place and friendly staff.

Loved this place! 100% vegetarian and server was very helpful for English translation. Lots of burger options - we went with the Burger Queen and loved it. Only downside is we were stuffed! Recommended it to a vegetarian couple we came across at another bar. Hope to be back!

Great restaurant. Many choices and all vegetarian. We tried two different burgers and both were delicious. There is ample seating but the place gets crowded. A great choice for a filling vegetarian meal.
