Viva Heavens by Wyndham, A Trademark All Inclusive

From the very first moment, I felt completely at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making the experience even more special. The activities are fun and well organized, perfect for relaxing and enjoying every moment. The lake scenery is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful to walk around. The room is comfortable, clean, and ideal for resting. The entertainment activities were excellent, especially Bairon, who brought great energy, charisma, and made every activity enjoyable. It’s definitely an experience worth repeating.

We stayed in mid December 2025. Had an ok time. The entertainment staff were great. Kids club wasn’t anything to write home about. The service was terrible, our first few mins in the room the safe was noted to be broken and not working, asked the front desk to look into this, they sent someone he said needs a new battery and someone would be right down but no one showed all week. Than on our last two days our bathroom ceiling was leaking and we called at 0800 said someone would come look right away and no one ever showed by the time we left. We didn’t bother calling again and again over these issues because clearly that wasn’t on their priority list, we just dealt with it. Disappointed with that but otherwise had an ok vacation. Beach was beautiful, drinks were great and food was ok. The staff at the buffet were fabulous and the chefs. Unsure if we would go back, might try another site, time will tell.

Had an amazing stay at Viva Heavens by Wyndham. The resort is beautiful, the vibe is fun, and there’s always something going on. The entertainment was honestly one of the best parts of the trip. Huge shoutout to Bairon, Kelvin, and Esther — they were incredible. Super energetic, friendly, and made every activity and show way more fun. You can tell they really care about the guests and love what they do. Overall, great entertainment, great atmosphere, and a really enjoyable experience. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. The staff were awesome and had some of the best entertainment I've seen at resorts. I really enjoyed all of the shows, the food had a pretty good variety too. I would recommend staying here. If you go to the pool bar ask Orelvis to make you an Orelvis #2. You won't regret it.

The resort is very nice, the grounds are lush and well kept. The food is good, we really enjoyed the goat and chicken. The fruit is fresh and sweet. The beach is great and we always found a spot just be careful when entering the water as it dips. KUDOS to all the staff and in particular Angela. She is a waitress at the buffet. Also KUDOS to Maria also a waitress at the buffet. Both are friendly, professional, attentive and always had a smile. ||Thank you Viva Heavens by Wyndham for an amazing week.

Booked very last minute, was the cheapest option, didn't know what to expect but it exceeded our expectations. It's an older resort but obviously very well maintained, it's also very small but has everything the big resorts have without all the walking. Very little to complain about, the pool was very cloudy when we arrived and didn't start to clear until day four. Mexican a la carte took 1 hour 15 minutes to get us our main dish, only a la carte we did, we prefer buffets, it had different stuff every night so that was good. Husband got a manicure and had some chips the next day so he wasn't happy about that, other than those things everything was great and we would definitely come back! Shout out to the hard working animation crew, they work very hard and are great at their jobs!

The rooms are quite dated, but who goes on vacation to sit in the room? The service was excellent in the restaurants and the food was remarkably good for an all inclusive. Different options every night so it was never boring. Nice pool and just a short walk to the beach. There were activities day and night so there was always something to do. This was such an unexpected surprise and I'd book here again without reservation.

It was my first time at viva heavens, i went from september 26th to october 3rd. I went to a couple resorts in dominican republic and it was by far the best i ever visited. Rooms are ultra clean, i never expect much from buffets but this one was absolutely delicious. Especially for breakfast. The staff of the hotel is very friendly but especially the animation team. They make you feel welcomed on the very first minute. A very special mention to Matteo, esther, Tim and a more special one to Bairon, who made my week even better. I will definitely be back next year. I strongly recommend
