We booked this because we only needed somewhere for a few nights and thought how bad can it be? The answer is: awful! It has the vibe of a brothel that’s been turned into a hostel. Our room stank and the carpet and walls were filthy. The bathroom was clean. The biggest issue though was the complete lack of any communication. I tried to contact the owner immediately once we arrived to discuss the issue and maybe change rooms but he didn’t pick up. Later he said he was “asleep” (at 7pm) and said there was nothing he could do and it was my fault. DON’T trust him and don’t stay there. I will be claiming back some or all of my money by my credit card company.

Worst hostel I have ever stayed in. There is no reception so you can’t speak to anyone about any of your problems, room was full of sawdust and there are no lights in the room which makes it impossible to do anything after sunset. There are no lockers and also the door to the dorm doesn’t lock. Also the fire door to the street was jammed open when we arrived meaning that anyone off the street (which was lined with strip clubs) could’ve walked straight into our dorm and taken all of our stuff. The other hostel users were constantly staring at us throughout the day and night which made us feel incredibly unsafe. One guest specifically spent all day and night awake in his bed staring at us and regularly putting his hand inside his boxers. Another guest appeared to be living in the hostel for a significant period of time. There were only four guests other than ourselves in the whole hostel, it felt like it should have been closed. We left the hostel after one night and immediately booked a different place. Never stay here as a female traveller and never come here alone. Attempted to contact management by both email and text but have recieved no response.

Digital service. No lockers. The music and beat from the club is infact really surprisingly loud. Price feels expensive for what it is but considering it’s in Switzerland it really is the most affordable option. After all I slept well, the digital service worked and the people staying there were friendly. Felt safe solo traveling and staying in the dorm. Also at least in hostel world website it says that there would be microwave and a fridge but there are no such facilities.

The best thing about this place is the room size, bed and its overall cleanliness. We are staying for 3 nites in private room with shared bathrooms. The bed is comfortable and warm. There is TV inside the room. We didn't really use the common area except the bathroom. We have a good stay at this house. Location is perfect 13 minutes walk from main train station and it just at the border of old town.

SOOOOOO LOUD!!!!! The music from the club had us jolted awake in our sleep. The vibrating almost gave me a heart attack. It was like a constant earth rattling base until 3am. No knob in the showers. You have to keep pressing a button to have the water stay on more than 15 seconds at a time. Also there is nowhere to get dressed or hang your clothes without them getting soaked with water and the towels were the size of dish towels. They wouldn't have covered anything. Also 3 flights of rickety spiral stairs that were incredibly fun to carry our heavy luggage up. No elevator. This is a place for kids that want to stay out all clubbing, not anyone that wants a restful sleep. The owner was away for our stay but seemed nice. However, we will NEVER be coming back due to the lack of quality sleep we had.

Room, common room and bathroom clean, the only positive from this stay. Definitely a one night only hostel. No lockers for luggage and bedroom door didn’t even close properly. No towels available, not even to hire! No staff either, can only contact via WhatsApp. Find another option in chur if you can, use this hostel as a last resort.

Way too loud, on a Thursday!! The room, bed, bathrooms are clean. Close to the train station. No kitchen, no breakfast. Yes, lots of stairs but they are remodeling the place. I didn't have a good night sleep which is a big deal for me.

When we arrived the hostel didn't seem too bad, beds comfy and rooms clean. But then, on a TUESDAY night, the music started. The bass sounded all night long, didn't even stop after 3 am and we weren't even provided with enough earmuffs for every bed in the room. Sleep is not possible under these conditions and even with something against the noise how do you expect guests to sleep when their ears vibrate from the bass below. And this was on the third floor! Very dissappointed, would not reccomend this place to anyone.
