The stay was good, the service was nice , food was also good in breakfast. The WYNK bar was excellent with a good ambience and service. The only part I got confused is that I had booked three rooms and all three had different pricing for the same days. The reception area was clean and ambience was excellent , also the staff was very helpful. The valet staff, the house keeping as well as service staff was very nice in terms of helpfulness support and attitude. Had a lovely homely feeling. Just to add we also had the wedding reception in the upper hall, and that too was excellent. with a little bit of miss. overall it was a good stay. Would recommend it to all.

Though location is not that great but it's compensated with: The service of the staff. From reception to bell boys everyone true with Tata's hospitality. Comfy beds in nice rooms. Food spread for breakfast and dinner was delicious and wide varieties are available. Cook and waiters helping hand we highly appreciates

My family had a pleasant stay. My room was upgraded to deluxe room and top floor. The breakfast served was delicious. They had a great ambience. It is situated in the center of city with all many attraction very nearby. We have a small babu he was given special treatment

The hotel is situated in a peaceful yet central location, offering the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, exceptionally spacious, and feature a modern aesthetic that enhances comfort and luxury. The staff are remarkably attentive, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience—from the moment you step through the doors to the final checkout—is seamless, enjoyable, and stress-free. I stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed every single day. However, the only minor downside was the quality of the breakfast items, which could use some improvement. This feedback is more directed toward the kitchen team, as there’s room to elevate the dishes served both at breakfast and in the hotel’s restaurant. Additionally, while the menu items are priced on the higher side, they might not always feel justified given the variety of excellent dining options available just steps outside the hotel.

Excellent service and excellent customer care. Nice care taken by the hotel. Food was good. Room service was perfect. Rooms were very well maintained. Service was quick. Location was prime. Taco service provided by the hotel was just Wow. Overall has an awesome trip.

We experienced great hospitality. A special mention to our server at the restaurant Ms Pooja and also the personal touch of Chef Amarnath Singh. A big thankyou to them for the wonderful experience and comfortable stay. The food and all facilities were really good

Lcation is SPOT ON!! It’s close to Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, just 10mins drive. Hotel has tie-up with some guy their in case you take their cab which I highly recommend. Keep your belongings and everything in the car and let the car wait for you. Take a good 90 mins to do the darshan. But it’s all so worth it!! Now about the HOTEL- Their lavish breakfast and dinner spread is just amazing and the food is decadent. From fresh fruits, smoothies to sambhar idli vada and North Indian delicacies and non-veg, all the items have a taste which makes you fall in love with food. Sous chef Amar Nath Singh made scrumptious food and Suresh the driver made our darshan smooth and knowledgeable. Service is super fast, staff is friendly. We had a huge room offering all amenities. I loved how the mirror in the room was placed strategically. In all an absolutely pleasant stay of a day. Our main idea was to do the morning darshan and move to Taj in Kovalam the next day!! But Vivanta was excellent too!

It was a nice stay and staff is also very nice. Special thanks to Mr. SIBI and Trainee Mr. Abhiraj they are actually very nice. How niccely they handle the things. As well as nice ambiance and environment. Keep it up and please pass my feedback to them
