There are great restaurants, and then there's Vivo! From the view and the atmosphere, to our flawless service from Diana, to the food... Vivo is next level and the complete package! For an appetizer, the gluten-free calamari was a delightful surprise as it's almost never seen, and it was delicately prepared to perfection. Easily the best calamari we've ever had. The Mahi Mahi on the Fish Burger was incredibly fresh and so cleanly prepared that the delicate flavor of the fish really came through. The homemade pickles were a clever and thoughtful addition that added a wonderful layer of acidity and crunch, without taking away from the fish. Even the side item - sauteed herbs potatoes - that accompanied Fish Burger were memorable. Our other entree - the Island Bliss Poke Bowl - was an expertly curated work of art. Every ingredient was respectfully celebrated individually, yet came together in perfect harmony to create a unified culinary masterpiece! Rounding out our incredible experience we ordered the Coco-Choco Bounty Cake. To set the context, we're not usually ones to order dessert. This one we got half way through and ordered a second one to go for later. The ganache was rich and decadent without being overly sweet, the coconut had a beautiful dense macaroon like text - again, not too sweet, and the salted caramel sauce was very light glaze-like consistency. WOW! Can't thank y'all enough for such a memorable experience, and look forward to seeing you next time.

Food wasn't great 😕. Our server Diane was wonderful! The atmosphere and 180⁰ oceanfront view were spectacular! Not sure what was up with food. We had a poke bowl that had lackluster flavor and fish tacos that were okay but the taco shells seemed like the came out of a box.

Highly recommend the shrimp tacos, Benutty smoothie, Southern Indian curry, and Tuna Tartar. Lovely view of the ocean as well while the tables themselves stay in the shade

Absolutely one of the best spots in Grand Cayman! The food is incredibly delicious, and the cocktails are top-notch. The menu offers a wide variety of options, so there’s truly something for everyone. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of both food and service. And the sea view? Just breathtaking. Will come back soon!

This was one of the best meal we had while visiting Cayman Island! The food, service & atmosphere was fantastic. Tyron our server was patient with us & explained all his favourite dishes and drink recommendations. He also surprised us with a farewell cake because we told him we’re leaving tomorrow! We’ll definitely be back next time we visit.

We stopped here randomly for lunch and it’s been the best meal we’ve had on this island! We started with the yummy calamari-very fresh and a unique, delish batter. I had the Mahi Fingers and that sauce with picked veggies was to die for! Such good flavors! My husband said it was probably the best seared Tuna he’s ever had! And that view! Very cool spot and delicious food!

Wow! Such great food and service. Plus an amazing view. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. Great for a mixed family with vegans, gluten free and omnivores. The vegan lasagna is a must try!

Where do I start with this gorgeous restaurant? This is one of the best meals we’ve had since moving to Cayman. The atmosphere and setting is beautiful. You get great views of the sea. The service was wonderful, inviting and friendly. I was so impressed with the food. Every dish was 5/5 for flavour - everything felt innovative and fresh. We had the vegetable momo and pumpkin fritters to start, and then the Vivo salad and vegetable lasagna. Lasagna is one of my all-time favourite comfort foods and I’d never had a vegetable one before - but this definitely ranks as one of the loveliest lasagnas I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back and try more.
