Viwa Island Resort

This must be paradise on earth!!! Spent a few days here and absolutely loved every minute of it! The island is just stunning, the bures very comfortable and clean, and the staff are phenomenal as well. We enjoyed all the free activities like snorkeling tours, handline fishing, hiking, basket weaving, and afternoon tea every day. Best of all, we felt like we were part of the family at Viwa. Would highly recommend to everyone!!

Total and absolute paradise! Everything from the beachfront bure, the food, to the people was beyond tremendous. Roy and his team were extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to relax and have fun as well. The resort is on a small part of a beautiful island and features a phenomenal stretch of a white sandy beach with clear blue water. In short, Viwa is a truly special place and anyone should feel lucky to stay there.

A beautiful, adults only small resort. Large comfortable beachfront burés with balcony and open air bathroom. Excellent quality meals and friendly, helpful staff. Snorkelling directly off the beach and daily snorkelling trips available also.

Resort is beautiful, experience was distinctly average on account of the middle-aged Scottish owner, who seemed intent on making consistently uncomfortable comments and giving unwanted attention to female guests. Particularly unpleasant in a situation when you’re obviously in the owners’ hands for the entire holiday. Two stars out of two for the island itself.

Marvellous experience!! Snorkeling, diving, kayaking (and others) opportunities in a real paradise. Staff is professional but also very kind and warm (also with their fijian nights, which can show traditions to tourists). A great place to have an holiday far from the ordinary routine!

Spent 10 days with my wife and some friends here at the end of Feb 2019. What an amazing place. Very easy and good snorkeling off the beach, good diving, fantastic food and very clean, comfortable rooms. We will definetely come back.

The island is stunning. Staff are dedicated and brilliant. Management hang out and mingle every night. Good range of activities for all interests. An authentic Fijian experience.

When can I come back? I didn't want to leave. This place is honestly paradise. You feel so welcomed and relaxed there. And the food...oh my, the food is exquisite! The views, the activities, the history, everything is top-notch. I honestly adore my new Viwa family❤and can't wait to go back!
