Today was my very first time trying Sculptra, and honestly, it was an incredible experience! Ángela has the hands of an angel. I didn’t feel a single bit of pain. She’s so kind, professional, and genuinely makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in, explaining every little detail with such care and confidence. The results were already visible right after the treatment, which absolutely blew me away. I’m beyond excited to see how my skin continues to transform over the next six months. I can already tell it’s going to be amazing! I looked everywhere, but no place made me feel as confident as VJ Med. Their prices are unbeatable for the top-quality products they use, and Ángela’s professionalism is simply exceptional! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Angela was awesome, explained the process, patient, transparent and knowledgeable. I felt like I was taken care of and in good hands. I am excited to see the results of my sculptra in 2-6 months!

I’m very upset with the Botox result and with the company customer service. I had an appointment for Botox for my forehead, between eyebrows and by my eyes. Botox almost didn’t work at all between my eyebrows and a lot of lines started showing back up after a month! I’ve never had a situation like that. I’ve been doing Botox a couple of times before, so my mom and friends too. It never happened to anyone before. When I messaged them on IG (it’s real: angelikanadrowskabjj 😉) they didn’t treat my case individually. They kept repeating that they can offer me again $8 per unit as I got is as a”first time client”. The results should last 3-4 months. And no it’s not because of my metabolism. It’s because of WATER DOWN PRODUCTS. Why would I have to pay again? So the same thing happens to me after a month again??! There is a lot of places which they can offer a very good price, especially for first time clients. I wanted to get more treatments there, but after this treatment and customer service attitude I will never go there again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Angela is incredible. She didn’t try to upsell me on procedures and product I didn’t need. That in and of itself is valuable. She was knowledgeable, kind and communicative; going out of her way to explain what I needed to address the concerns I had, even if they couldn’t be managed in her spa. I’ve been shopping around for a new spa, hence why I’ve been trying Groupons. It’s not the flashiest spa, but I don’t care. The staff and the results speak for themselves.

The injector Angela is amazing! I’ve worked with her twice now, and both times I’ve been extremely happy with my results. She is so friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, and will make you feel so comfortable the entire time. We also had a misunderstanding at my appointment due to a pricing discrepancy, and they were extremely accommodating, and handled the situation with courtesy and professionalism. I will definitely be back and I recommend Angela!!

I got forehead Botox head and it came out very nicely, and as expected. One reviewer wrote that the Botox was “watered down” or something..? This is untrue It’s the real stuff, and Angela was great. I’ll be going back

I waited almost a year to write a review as I wanted to see the lasting results. The lip filler used here is DEFINITELY NOT FILLER. i have giant bumps under my lips and my current reputable injector said this is not filler. Or at least not something that should ever be used for the lips. Absolutely botched them. Will never go here again.

Not happy with my recent Botox experience and will not be returning. A couple years ago I would have given them 5 stars, but unfortunately this is no longer my experience.

This place is a scam and should be shut down. A brand new shop. They refused to honor my Groupon coupons trying to make me pay them directly instead in cash. The guy at the front desk made me change my password to an existing third party booking account and made me log in several times on his iPad. For all that I know that iPad was logging my credentials. He then started demanding I give him the copy of my ID. A place like this has no right to demand ID from anyone. IDs get stolen left and right. I asked for this policy in writing and he could not produce it. It is terrifying that this place has my information. Not sure how I will get my money back but hopefully I spare at least one person this trauma. Please do not do any business with them. This place is not legitimate.

I wish I could give this less stars. I also wish I read reviews before I got my Groupon. Literally the most painful Botox I have ever received in my life. The injector was clueless as to how to give good Botox and I was bleeding more than I ever have before in my life. Super super scary. I am nervous for my Botox to show in seven days to see the result. Do not go here

After botched filler they refused to dissolve it and blocked my number!!! My friend that also had service done at this medical spa also had bad botched lip fillers done by vj med spa! She was not able to contact a nurse or the clinic for a follow up because her number was blocked!!

Went to this spot on a whim after seeing good reviews on Groupon and Google. This place is fairly new and the injector told me she had only been doing fillers for a year (while she had someone in the room she was training). This review isn't about her, she was sweet and attentive and honestly I might have been cool going back to her -- until I called VJ MedSpa the following day simply to ask if it was common to have 2 lumps of product visibly coming out of my lips. I was hoping to get some reassurance and maybe send photos to provide feedback. Instead, the gentleman who answered the phone dismissed my concerns and kept interrupting me saying "we can't do anything about your lips for 2 weeks even if you have a complication" -- bro, even if that's the case how does that reassure your patient who is expressing concerns with a service your business provides. I've been getting fillers for almost a decade and have never been treated like I was annoying a provider when asking / informing them about potential complications. I would say avoid this place and visit one of the hundreds of other med spas that won't treat you like a burden or get annoyed when you have questions about the s**t they are putting into your body. Who does that???

I had one of the best filler experiences here! I was a little nervous, as the last place that I went to was a disaster. However, when I came to VJ Medspa, I immediately felt the professionalism. First of all, the place is adorable! Secondly, they were very COVID safe, which is unfortunately hard to find nowadays. And lastly, they explained everything thoroughly and made me feel super comfortable. I loved the finished result and booked another appointment. Highly recommend to everyone!!!
