VKTRY Gear

Returning from the World Championship in Lake Placid to Newark airport, we decided to stop by the VKTRY Gear company's office. We were shown the production shops, selected insoles for our professional sports needs, and given the opportunity to choose the ideal sizes. It was very nice. We hope for our future high sports results together with VKTRY.

About a year ago I purchased a set of VIKTRY insoles for golf after I saw Padraig Harrington recommended them. I paid $149 and I followed the detailed break-in instructions. They were feeling a little better after a few times at the driving range, but they were still really uncomfortable. When I tried them for a round of golf I had to take them out after nine holes and that was riding in a cart. I should have sent them back during the return period but based on their break-in instructions, I thought they would start feeling better. But they never did and it was a complete waste of $149.

I am a casual runner/fitness enthusiast and have found my workouts have significantly improved since using VKTRY insoles. I am lighter on my feet, can sprint faster, and am less sore after logging a few miles. For reference I run 12-15miles a week and do HIIT a few times a week. I have had my insoles since August and they still are working great. Highly recommend 👏

Probably a decent product if you could actually get it! The customer service is definitely lacking ordered in plenty of time for guaranteed Christmas delivery only to have my order sit for over a week with no movement finally reached out to the company to be informed that the person I spoke with named David was on his way to the airport to pick his daughter up and they were 3000 orders behind and there was no way that it was going to be here by Christmas never once was anyone made aware that they were behind or that they were no longer going to be guaranteeing what they had promised for Christmas delivery definitely makes me reconsider spending over $300 for shoe insoles with their company if they cannot even be honest, and say that they cannot follow through on the orders that were promised!

This is a company that makes great promises for their products. Before purchasing I posed a couple of questions for my agent. He was polite and professional but said my question could better be answered by an expert and he referred me on. Never received a call. So being persistent I texted again. Once again heard nothing. I've got to believe they want to sell "stuff" and expect they want you to believe everything they promote.

Absolutely love my insoles. Company is super helpful and responsive as well. Highly recommend.
