absolutely HORRIBLE COMPANY. DON'T get a car from these people!!! By far my WORST EXPERIENCE buying a car- they ruined what is supposed to be a fun and happy experience! I worked with Viviana who was not only extremely RUDE but also so very unprofessional. The car I was interested in had MANY cosmetic defects- to which Viviana refused to lower her prices for (crack in the back bumper- passenger side, rust on driver door, rust on front of car, steering wheel peeling, decals peeling, melted glue circles on dash, AND AN ENGLISH BULLDOG SMOKING A BLUNT THAT WAS SUPER-GLUED TO THE DASH). Despite all these things, I accepted the price as Viviana swore over and over again that the car worked perfectly otherwise! Not an hour after leaving, the drivers window wouldn't roll back up. I called the dealership to ask if they could just help get it up (note: I did NOT ask them to fix the motor for the window, which does need replaced, but just for them to get the window back up for my 3 hour drive home!) and VIVIANA had the most disgusting attitude and said AND I QUOTE "you should have tested them before you left, it's your fault you didn't notice." Mind you, she guaranteed everything worked perfectly. These people are crooks and disgusting dealers, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. EDIT: It’s barely been a week and my car doesn’t even run anymore. There’s lights on the dash and the cruise control stopped entirely. The radio/bluetooth system also stopped working. Literally a piece of junk that’s entirely broken.

I already own a car with them. The car is perfectly fine. It is great. We went in on Friday to pay our note and we were shopping around for a second Car with the well we look at the first car. The first car was OK then we saw a truck. We looked at the truck while we wanted to do a test drive and the guy was like you cannot do a test drive unless You are guaranteed to buy the car and we were like OK we’re just shopping around and we asked if we can do a test drive to see the car was know what we want up to our standards before we even thought about purchasing it. Do you know mine Job we already have our first car through them he asked if it’s you driving the car OK fine(Mind though the first time we did just drive I have my daughter in a car and my bf in the car with me) my BFF asked if we can test drive because we never had to have a guarantee by before when it came to the last car we had we were just shopping around he so let us just drive the car. He’s like what change this time. Why do we have to buy the car to test drive? He said he wants to know what the car feels like and how to run before he even wants to buy it and the guy was like no because all you wanna do is just go out and just go for a joy ride he’s like how can I go for a ride when it’s only a 15 minute drive and obviously they have a tracker to see where we’re going and which is around the neighborhood and And the guy was like no you cannot go if she wants to buy the car The car is in her account so she can test drive the other car even though he was going to buy the truck which made no sense. She’s like if you want to go on a test drive she has to go by herself and nobody else he was like that didn’t happen before when we purchased last time he was like well you cannot go on the test driver cause all you want to do is go with her and so you can test drive with her

I really love VMY Auto. Their cars are so good, I've been using it and I haven't had any problems with it. I was lucky to find them at the time that I needed a car and they were very helpful and so sweet. ☺️ I recommend them to anyone. And I even told my friends to come get her car here and I hope she comes someday.

Cars are high priced and when they say they detailed them they are full of stains and smells

Got a car not even a month agoe the lady said if anything wrong with it let her know she will help out started smoking from the engine she said she will have her guys come and take it today waited the whole day and no call called back the office twice for her assistant to tell me that she will be back there in 20 minutes so I waited 45 minutes and he said she was still not there for another 5 minutes after that. Pretty unprofessional would not recommend doing deals with this place nothing but lemon cars and ran by a person that don't know what's going on.

VMY is one of the auto sales that I never have. They have a good dealership and also good quality for their sales.

I went in to get a car , the car needed brakes all around there was barely anny brake pads left on there and rotors were needed , when test driving the car would barely stop . We asked if they would take some money off the price the car was selling for and they said no . The bumper wasn’t screwed in it was just attached , so the wind could easily knock the bumper off . Make sure you check the car inside and out , under the hood when getting a car from here .

Very poor services and customer service these folks are really some crooks and will rob you blind and still take your vehicle to resell
