I stayed here recently and overall had a decent experience. The rooms are very big and spacious, giving you plenty of room to relax. Staff service was great—friendly, attentive, and helpful whenever we needed anything. However, there was an issue that impacted the stay: early in the morning, outside noise—seemingly from some generators nearby—was loud and disruptive. It made it difficult to sleep through the early hours, which was disappointing given the otherwise comfortable room and excellent service. If you’re not a light sleeper or if the hotel can resolve the generator noise, it’s a solid choice. Otherwise, keep the noise issue in mind.

We hosted an event at the hotel and everything was beyond perfect. The service, attention to detail, and hospitality were outstanding. Special thanks to Mr. Medhat, the hotel manager — he made everything smooth and exceptional. Highly recommend for any special occasion — they truly know how to deliver a premium experience!

My stay at coco was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and overall atmosphere. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, who were courteous, efficient, and always ready to assist with any request.||The room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were fresh and high quality. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, toiletries, and a well-stocked minibar.||The hotel amenities were excellent. The restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff was attentive and ensured a pleasant dining experience every time. I also had the chance to use the gym and spa facilities, which were clean, modern, and well-maintained.||The location was perfect—centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. I felt completely at ease and well taken care of throughout my stay.||I highly recommend voco to anyone seeking a relaxing and high-quality hotel experience. I feel comfortable and luxurious every weekend when I visit the health and relaxation club. There is a person who helped me with this, Jennifer. She is very excellent and professional at work. All my visits during the past three years were under her supervision. I refused to go to any other women’s club and I was forced to postpone my relaxation sessions if Jennifer was on leave until she returned, but she will leave permanently. I also hope to reconsider her continued stay here because she is the reason I came to the club .

I recently checked into voco Al Khobar, and I’m happy to share my positive experience from the very beginning. I would like to especially commend Ms. Zahra at the front desk. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, and always had a warm smile. Her excellent service left a great first impression of the hotel. I arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time, and although my membership grants me an early check-in by two hours, I was kindly accommodated even earlier than that — something I truly appreciate. The valet service was excellent, and the room and luggage delivery were prompt and efficient. One small suggestion: I was hoping to find a coffee machine in the suite, but it seems it wasn’t available — not a major issue, but it would have been a nice touch. Thank you to the wonderful team at voco for such a pleasant stay. I look forward to visiting again.

This was one of the worst stays I ever had in and IHG hotel. Although it was my third stay in this place. I needed to move early before the breakfast opens so I asked for a breakfast box to be delivered to my room , it didn’t show up, I called they said no order was placed so the next day I placed the order TWICE. They made a box but left it in the reception. It took us three days for a simple action. Then the rooms, they were like a constant violation to the senses, the AC would bring in cigarettes smell. The light stays dim after they are turned off so darkness is not an option (added a photo) and the worst of all was reels and videos BLASTING from the bathroom speakers at 2 am. I woke up to that on the first night and thought it could be the connected room TV. The next day and during a very important conference call I was having the music is blasting again in the bathroom with no option for me to control it. Called the reception and told them I need this to stop right away. They sent the maintenance person who stood there very puzzled while I was apologizing for the people in my call. After the call I went down to the reception asking them what is going on. They said the bathroom has speakers that are connected to both rooms with ONE controller in the other room. The people in the room next to me connected to the speakers in my room without knowing. The solution? We asked them not to! The reception staff were unapologetic never even expressed empathy with what is happening and just told me we never had this problem before! How is that my problem! I went to my room again and guess what? Music blasting again so this time I went back down not as calm and understanding as the last time and told them that if they did not take an action to fix this right now I will cut the wire myself. They finally sent the same puzzled maintenance person who detached it. I have videos as the reception people didn’t really understand until I showed them. Things happen but the staff attitude made it a 100 times worse to be honest. Never saying there again.

My recent stay at Voco Hotel was unfortunately very disappointing and did not meet my expectations at all. Voco, provided one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a hotel. To begin with, the bathroom was not properly cleaned there was hair in the shower area. On the following day, when I requested housekeeping service, the bedsheets were not changed, and one of the beds wasn’t even properly made. I have a photo as proof and I’m certain the sheets were not replaced. When I lifted the blanket, I found hair!! which was extremely unpleasant. Additionally, the tissue box had been empty since the day before and was neither refilled nor thrown away. They also didn’t provide new toothbrushes the next day, which I expected from a hotel of this standard. The pillows were very uncomfortable compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, and the breakfast was below average far from what I would expect from a hotel under the Voco name, especially as part of the IHG group. Considering my previous amazing experiences with IHG properties in terms of service, cleanliness, and hospitality, I truly regret this stay. This experience was far from what I’ve come to expect

We had Iftar buffet for 4 (i.e: 2 Adults and 2 Kids) on the 18th, March, 2025. The food was excellent, the lamb mandi was the best i have ever had after the Four seasons in riyadh. The only problem is they refill it very slow and there is no chef to serve, so guests usually serve plenty and with loads being leftover. The Sushi served are top notch, in addition, they have three live stations, pasta, shawarma and kebabs. The pasta station chef was incredible, served us some of the best pastas in town. They had a plethora of desserts, only problem was we were too full to dive in but had a spoon of few which were incredible. Money spent well and nothing short when it came to the food. The only problem is with the restaurant managers who had not organized it better, with people seated in random tables and the worse was the restaurant entrance door was closed when we were entering at 5.25pm and you could see the kitchen staff still carrying food to the serving areas all the while guests were moving about. I do not know why, but i felt the restaurant managers felt the corporate bookings were more important than the individual/family bookings as ours. And yes they do not have raffle draws, the first ifthar at a hotel with 4 stars or above which did not have in Alkhobar. Still the food was so great it saved the day. Purchase the iftar vouchers through cobone which will cost less than purchasing from the hotel.
