Location|Depends on where you are going so check the map. The airport is about 30m by Uber. Kingdom Centre was about 15m in traffic.||Entrance|Nice people -- bellmen and valet. Front desk people very efficient and friendly.||Lifts|You have to have a key to get up the lift so make sure you have one for every member of your family. The lifts can be busy and slow sometimes.||Room|Our room was comfortable, spacious and modern. It had a window with wind sounds coming through it. The bathroom was huge. They needed to clean the ports in the rainforest shower because it sprayed all over.||Wifi|Fast, free and reliable.||TV|Had lots of content. We didn't try to connect our Roku. The UI for the TV allowed you to set your own channels.||Smell Machine|There was a scent machine on our floor by the lift. It was overpowering and got into our room.||Executive Lounge|No breakfast and no real food throughout the day. One night there was a great buffet and lots of people. ||Restaurants|Several plus room service. All are expensive and there is nothing else walkable. Breakfast was a large buffet with everything but it was expensive.||Check Out|Was fast and friendly.||Conclusion|We would stay here again.

Best place in Riyadh! It is not a hotel but home! Staff super professional and hospitable! They make u feel special and especially if you are an IHG family member. The services at the hotel are the top, like a s mall town within the big city of Riyadh where u have and can do everything… gym 24:7, high quality of service etc. Big thanks specially to Rana, the GM Mr.Allaf, and of course Abdulaziz, Nawaf, Sereen, Salha, Shahed… and rest of team so i dont miss anyone

By far, one of the best stays in Riyadh—centrally located and just a short walk from metro stations. The rooms are excellent, and the staff, especially the waiters, are warm and attentive. While the overall management could be improved slightly, the service remains top-notch. One minor drawback is that upgraded rooms offer little distinction, even for Diamond members. That said, the hotel boasts an outstanding pool, a well-equipped gym, and consistently impressive service throughout.

I attended a conference at the Voco Hotel and I can only say what a great experience! Right from arrival the staff could not have been more helpful, courteous and professional!|The hotel was clean, welcoming and bright. Outstanding Stay at Voco Hotel – Riyadh’s The Hidden Gem! I stayed at Voco Hotel in Riyadh in Feb to April 2025 and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. A special thank you to Azeez and Naif, the shift managers, whose professionalism and warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was exceptionally spacious and well-maintained—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. One of the highlights was the excellent buffet breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day. The lounge was also a great place to unwind, with a comfortable setting and attentive service. Overall, Voco Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is one of IHG group. I was shocked when I stayed in the hotel. They have a nice lobby, good restaurant but not to the level of other hotels like InterContinental and crown plaza. The service needs a lot of improvement, the rooms need a lot of maintenance, shower needs fixing, lights not working. When we call operators or receptionist they lack professionality. Concierge not initiative... I advice to look into improving the service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
