voco Riyadh by IHG

Stayed at voco Riyadh recently and had a very comfortable experience overall. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. I particularly liked the large bathroom and the rain shower, which was perfect after a long day. The hotel has a quiet and professional atmosphere, which makes it good for both business and relaxation. The location is convenient and easy to access from major roads in Riyadh. The staff were courteous and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Breakfast also had a good variety of options and the food quality was quite good. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that some parts of the property feel a little older and could benefit from a refresh. Overall though, it’s a very comfortable hotel with good service, and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Riyadh.

I stayed at Voco hotel for three days while attending a conference, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel is luxurious, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. One of the highlights was the sweets cart they had in the evenings, paired with traditional Saudi coffee. It was such a unique and delightful touch!|The breakfast and lunch buffets were fantastic, so many delicious options that made every meal a pleasure. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.|Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel provides the ideal environment for both relaxation and productivity. Highly recommend!

This is my second time visiting the Horizon restaurant at Voco, and had a truly wonderful experience. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and the staff were kind and attentive. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine hospitality and warmth. Thanks for the Chef and all the crew specially Ahmed Ghonim. The service was efficient, friendly, and professional—every request was handled with care and a smile. The team clearly takes pride in creating a great dining experience. The food was delicious, don’t miss the sea food night, it is great!!.

Excellent 5 star hotel. Not new but well kept. Excellent staff service from the bellman, check-in, room service, etc… Room was well equipped with large TV screen, coffee machine, etc… Breakfast is a feast with quality and fresh food. In room dining is swift and quite good. Several restaurants and the Italian and Lebanese restaurants were very good. Ample car parking.

First time here in Horizon Restaurant. Thank you Ahmed Ghanim for your superb service. He was attentive to our needs. Salad selection is so vast. All the food are delicious. Thank you for the exceptional service. We’ll definitely come back.

This is my second visit to Coco. First time I was staying there & delivered a workshop. Second time for delivering the workshop. The hotel is very nice & the rooms are wide. The only issue i have is the food. The quality of the food whether the snacks (very dry) in the workshop or lunch are tasteless. Need to upgrade the standards on these. Food is very bland. Service is excellent.

I had such a wonderful time at this spa! The place is spotless, relaxing, and has a really peaceful atmosphere. The staff are welcoming and professional, and the services are top-notch. My therapist, Jaz, was amazing — he made me feel comfortable right away and gave one of the best treatments I’ve ever had, fixing many issues like shoulder and leg pain. I left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. I highly recommend Jaz for deep tissue treatments and will definitely be coming back soon

Best service and great hospitality that makes you feel at home.|It is not only well located and an IHG hotel that allows you to enjoy from all the loyalty program benefits, but the service and welcome you receive from the team is unmatched. That s my third year at this facility and I really feel home… from front desk to restaurant to gym etc….|The hotel has it all: business meetings area, 24/7 gym, outdoor pool, spa, exec lounge, nice relaxing and for business coffeeshop, surrounded by coffee shops outside…|Big thanks to GM Mr.Allaf, guest relation management and team: Rana, Seareen, Motaz, Nawaf, Abdulaziz, Abdullah,… really everyone to avoid missing anyone!|Guests are treated as family… they pay attention to very little detail to make you feel at home!
