Voidokilia Beach

Such a unique beach. Visited middle of October on a weekday and had great weather and small crowds. Parked along the road. No entry or parking fees. Some great hikes too.

Exquisite sandy beach with clear waters and interesting geography. The waters are shallow making them ideal for children. There is not much shade at the beach. No amenities like shower.

Bring your own towels, chairs or umbrellas. The beach does not have any sort of commercial activity so there is also no food or water for sale. The water however is extremely warm and clean, amazing swimming location. Also to the left there is a hike to a cave and then past the cave to a castle which leads to a STUNNING view. It is a difficult hike but absolutely worth it!

Beautiful beach with crystal clear water and spectacular views from surrounding hills. Note that there aren’t any beach bars or restaurants but there are several that are only 5-10min away - some of them even deliver directly to the beach. It can get pretty crowded during busy seasons so it’s the best to arrive before 10am to find yourself a good spot.

Voidokilia Beach is really a beautiful place, I think it is my favorite beach from those that I have visited during my two weeks holiday in the Peloponnese area. It is a fine sand beach with crystal clear water, also it has shallow water and it is perfect for kids. Comparing with the other beaches the water felt cooler but it was acceptable on the 11th of September. No beach bars, no sunbeds just a wild beach where you have to bring with you what you will need for a day to relax and enjoy this magnificent place. The parking place is near and the road is narrow in some places but it is accessible with every type of car. There are two restaurants/taverns at 1km distance away from the beach where you can eat. P.S1. For those people who are smoking and are reading this review, please 🥺 take with you the cigarette butts and don't let them in the sand, you are ruining such a beautiful place created by nature. P.S2. If you were able to bring with you on the beach a cup of coffee or something to eat, then you are able to carry it out from the beach and throw it in a trash can, don't let your garbage everywhere.

Such an amazing beach. So quiet and clean and No waves whatsoever. I have a fracture boot on and not able to exercise for a few months. Removing it and swimming for one hour was a blessing. Thank God

On of the best and most unique beaches of Peloponnese due to its peculiar shape. The coastline is wide enough and the sunset is marvelous.

Seems like a beautiful beach but word of caution - BE CAREFUL ABOUT PARKING AFTER RAIN! My car was stuck in the wet mud and could not move out. Had to call for a tow truck. Please be careful when driving after rain and do not go into the muddy area! Unfortunately I didnt get to visit the beach itself, but huge thanks to the wonderful greek locals who were so helpful and concerned for my situation!
