One of the worst experience I have ever had in hospitality industry since I grew up. One of the worst customer service ever!! I thought Mauritius is a land of tourists so everyone would be aware that tourism is making a potential part of the economy and therefore focus on customer services 🤔! This was the opposite! I would probably guess that there is a messy with the management, perhaps they were in transition or whatever!
I was dropped by a taxi driver at the drop off, the receptionist is looking at me, just staring, I had 3 suitcases, no one would come to help me, I had to drag all my suitcases, one by one, from outside to the reception, still looking at me doing all those trips. I finally finished and approached the reception, she just asked me for my booking confirmation, she allocates me the room in 3rd floor, she just handed the key to me, and just pointed the direction of the lift. Nobody to come with me to show me the room, no potter, no briefing, no nothing.!!! Same way I had to go 3 rounds from ground floor to my room to grab the suitcases, until I finished. The corridor has a carpet which is a messy, very dirty and smelling! I only spent 1 night cause I didn't have an option to cancel. Honestly I will never recommend someone to go to this accommodation! 😪
