Absolutely cannot recommend enough. Incredibly good food, kind and attentive waiters! A great gluten free option menu! Friendly atmosphere, delicious wine. Expensive but for the quality and portions it's out of this world. A slice of the motherland in deepest darkest Wales. Unbeatable. Bellismo butty

On picking my granddaughter up from her work, we decided on the spur of the moment to visit Volare... Despite, us arriving without a reservation (strongly advised), we were given a 2 hour table slot in between the evening rush...🤗 What a treat we had in store... The food, the friendly attentive staff, and the light-hearted laughter brought back the memories of dining in the wonderful cafes and restaurants that Italy have in abundance. I chose the penne spezzatino and a delightful dessert favourite - tiramisu. The spezzatino was delicious- the fillet beef was soft and flavoursome, the pasta, cooked to perfection and holding texture, traditional hearty Italian stew that warmed and filled me up, but didn't make me feel too over-filled. Leaving me enough room for an unctuous, creamy, light and fluffy tiramisu, and served with an excellent espresso, my journey home afterwards in rush hour traffic was much less stressful than usual...😊 Grazie Volare...I am coming back again soon, and with my dear lady wife ❤️ It would be selfish of me not to share this wonderful dining experience with the one I love! Goes to show, even us Welsh blokes can be as romantic as our Italian cousins too😍

We booked Volare for my sisters birthday yesterday and I really wanted to say thank you for making it so special. The waiters and waitress were so funny and welcoming, their jokes made us all laugh and put a big smile on all of our faces. Their sense of humour and cheekiness was spectacular, you don’t get that at every restaurant. They surprised my sister with a little treat and sang happy birthday to her which was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere and staff really made it one to remember. Thank you again, we will be back x

Valore is a small Italian restaurant on the Cearphilly high street near the train station. The food was delicious and service was extremely fast and efficient. The pricing was fair and the decor of the place suited well. It was busy but that was valentines weekend so had to book. Staff were very friendly and quick to serve. If I had one complaint to make it 4.5 stars I would say the tables are a little small. Well worth a visit though and will surely go again. We had bruschetta each came with a different topping, a great starter to try. Presentation and portion sizes are very good, we skipped on dessert but can't wait to try the affogato next time!

From the moment I walked in the service was excellence from start to end! I love attentive customer service and thats exactly what you get here. Friendly, warm and welcoming! The seafood platter was the best I have ever had, so delicious and fresh. Thank you for a fantastic experience and i cannot wait to come back again ❤️
