Love their sweet, the warm yeasted buns with the vanilla sauce, and the Chocolate Sachertorte were really sooooo good, worth trying. They were not too sweet. The lattes and the hot chocolate with cream on top were just the side order. :) 😁 Their menu is very cute. Do check it out. All the ladies working there are so friendly & happy,they gave us a feeling of warm welcome. And they work so efficiently.

Such a lovely place and the best end to my short visit in Vienna! I lived the breakfast, the delicious sacher torte, but most of all, I loved visiting with the folks who worked here. I got to hear some of their stories and share my own in a very beautiful atmosphere with great food! I couldn't stay nearly as long as I would have liked - the perils of visiting before catching a flight! I love the conc out of this beautiful place and I highly suggest you visit if you get the chance.

Great breakfast spot with delicious food. Vegan options also included. The café had great vibes; and even on the morning of January 1st, everyone was friendly and welcoming. For the cake you get the Oma-Dollar which you give at the counter and chat a bit with the Oma who cuts you a piece of cake. The Sacher was very tasty and moist. Reservation recommended though, it filled fast!

Great service and smiles from the grandmas. Even though we didn’t reserve. They managed to find us a spot quickly! The cakes are delicious and traditional. Christmas music playing. Stop by and enjoy a quick chat with the grandmas.

5 stars across the board. My single most memorable bite of food in Vienna as well - Grandpa Bertl‘s Buchtel Indulgence. And we loved chatting with the grandma's in the kitchen.

Really homey place to have brunch at, with great breakfast! Service was welcoming and warm in suggesting to shift us indoors midway to avoid the incoming rain. The pretzel with sausages and sweet mustard with a small beer went great together; the cheese bread was decent; and the homemade cake was sweet and fragrant. The indoor seating has incredibly detailed interior design and the outdoor seating is really cute and cosy as well.

Found this lovely place on Google with high ratings. Visited it on my last day in Vienna and it was the most lovely experience of my trip. The grandmas and grandpas made me feel at home, and OMG, the gramma made the best cake!!! I had the grandma- full- pamper package, and YES, I’m fully pampered. Feeling grateful for the existence of such a beautiful place with beautiful people. Definitely will visit again next time I’m in Vienna! Thank you grandmas!

An amazing experience in Vienna — starting from the friendly service that makes you feel welcomed to the food and cakes, super delicious. The place with its interior and the staff stopping by for a quick chat made us feel like visiting friends or family in Austria, rather than tourists exploring the city. It’s a really lovely place and if I ever get the chance to visit Vienna again, I will make sure to catch a breakfast here as well. Thank you!
