Great mezze spot just inside the main gate. No view, all tables and inside, though they will serve just outside the entry way along the stone wall. Service was excellent as were all food items. This may be neat sit down dinner option in town.

Amazing little restaurant with decent prices. Seafood Orzo and Yiayia's Pork were to die for. Recommend to anyone travelling to Monemvasia.

We absolutely loved this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was exquisite – unbeatable value for money. Even the bread was so delicious that we had to ask for more. We’d come back without hesitation!

When entering Monemvasia one might easily walk by the little entrance and unseeming exterior. But it would be a huge mistake if you did. The service was great and attentive, the recommendations we got were really good choice as well. The atmosphere was cozy with the fun music and decorations. The food is put together with such care and eye for detail. Everything was delicious by itself, everything fit very well together for combinating - as the Mezedes dishes are meant to be - and it was just incredibly fun to eat. The desserts, chocolate mousse and a passion fruit cheesecake, were an absolute treat as well. Portion sizes and prices are very much so appropriate, especially for the quality of food. I'm glad I had the pleasure of eating here and will absolutely be coming back when next I visit Greece.

Absolutely outstanding place and a must visit in Monemvasia. The food was just amazing, not a typical tavern u meet on the greek streets. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Monemvasia for a few nights and this was the restaurant highlight for us - excellent quality food and wine, at a great price and with friendly staff. Thank you!

Very fortunate to get a table at this restaurant just inside the castle gate. Warm welcome to us all, including a bowl of water for our dog. Ordered the Voltes salad, Brioche buns with octopus, local bacon, pickled cucumbers and onion relish and the stuffed aubergine rolls. We don't usually go for dessert, but we ordered the lemon mousse and chocolate mousse with olive oil and sea salt. All divine! Local wines too, including orange, unfiltered ones. If ever we are in the region again, we will definitely eat there.

This is easily the best restaurant in Monemvasia. The food was very fresh and full of flavour and the prices were much better than anywhere else. The serves were good sizes, after one starter, bread and two mains we were both very full. The marinated pork and chicken breast were both absolutely delicious. The chicken was the best cooked breast I've had in years, flavoursome, with crispy skin but very moist. A lot of care and thought has gone into the menu. They give an interesting modern twist to local recipes and ingredients. The service was also very friendly and excellent which is often missing in touristy places like this. Thanks so much for a great experience!
