Very fortunate to get a table at this restaurant just inside the castle gate. Warm welcome to us all, including a bowl of water for our dog.
Ordered the Voltes salad, Brioche buns with octopus, local bacon, pickled cucumbers and onion relish and the stuffed aubergine rolls. We don't usually go for dessert, but we ordered the lemon mousse and chocolate mousse with olive oil and sea salt. All divine! Local wines too, including orange, unfiltered ones.
If ever we are in the region again, we will definitely eat there.
