Unforgettable. When we asked at the reception where should we have dinner, in monemvasia or around (we had a car rented), the lady said "not much of a choice, just 2 restaurants open now (January), I don't recommend leaving old town because you are just a few hours here" , so she convinced us to have dinner at this place and we expected "whatever, it's not a choice it's just what we have available". And jesus Christ, the owner is chef Thomas, and everything he cooked was brilliant. Every single plate perfect. Such a pleasant guy when I asked, in the evening, if I could book for that same night, and then he had a full house at dinner, we sat near the place where the chef was preparing the plates, so every now and then I asked how he cooked this plate or that one, and he would just simply explain it to me in such humility and simplicity, like everything was so easy.
We loved absolutely everything, I would travel 2h to have dinner here, so at least 1 Michelin star is worth. Very affordable, and the decoration soft and warm.
