Amazing appartment house in center of Hamburg. We had the biggest room and it felt more like a small country house than a 'hotel' in a city center. Nice and quite location in walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The garden was amazing and extremely cozy and we had our own terrace to enjoy the sunshine. I've been in Hamburg with overnight stays for many years, both for business and private purposes, and this was without doubt the best and most cozy accomodation I´ve ever had. My new favourite 'hotel' in Hamburg

We were very pleased with our stay at the Ivy House in Hamburg. It was a very charming property inside and out. Very well kept and very comfortable. The entire staff was so helpful and kind. Exactly what we needed and where we needed to be for this visit to Germany.

The Ivy House provides a selection of serviced apartments in the beautiful suburb of Harvethude, about 3km north of the Hamburg city centre. We needed a two bedroom unit (Apartment 17) and were very happy with the standard of the accomodation - high quality fittings, large living areas and bedrooms, and a high quality kitchen. Most importantly, the apartment was exceptionally quiet even though a train line runs through less than 150m away and the outside street is cobbled! The only minor problem was that the two bedrooms were linked - you needed to walk through one to get to the other. The suburb is a gem of architectural beauty and is well worth a walk with a good camera. Access to the city via train is easy with a station less than 400m away. There is a large number of cafes and restaurants nearby and a classic German pub directly across the street. Great apartment, great location!

We spent 9 months in Hamburg with our little daughter. The apartment was impeccable, quiet and centrally located. However, the high standard of the apartment is not what mattered the most, it was the fact that the entire personnel would do anything they can to make you feel at home. There is nothing they won't do to accommodate you. Excellent!

We higly recommend the Ivy House if you prefer to stay in home-like surroundings not far from downtown Hamborg. The rooms are tastefully decorated in a country style and the garden is fairytale-like with all sorts of beautiful flowers.||The neighbourhood is characterised by rows of beautiful 18th century buildings where architecture was a work of art.||The U-bahn and S-bahn is near by which gets you to downtown Hamburg within few minutes. If you prefer to walk it's a trip of about 30 minutes.

5 Minutes walk away from the U3 station, in a quite side street, lies this beautiful guesthouse. ||Easy check in through key-safe. Input your number, take your key and be home.||Had a great night of sleep with open window and woke up fully refreshed and ready for the next day of adventure in this great city.||The rooms have a small kitchenette. There are also eateries just across the street and a well equipped supermarket is at the exit of the subway. ||All in all a very good choice when planning a trip to Hamburg. ||
