nothing. Do not stay in this hotel!!😡😤 There's absolutely nothing good to say about this hotel, just a nightmare! 1) The photos of rooms are not in any way the actual quality/ appearance of rooms. We saw 3 different rooms and not one was normal. They gave us the wrong room - it's not comfort quadruple junior suite!! We booked a big room with sofa, kitchenwares, comfortable bed, etc. - but not one was real. And so they offered 2 other rooms to choose from and they were even worse. 2) The receptionists are not professional, so rude and not helpful at all. You wouldn't like to communicate with them. 3) A lot of things (listed in the inclusions) are either not in the room or broken. 4) The lift is so noisy, enough to be heard in rooms + some other noise like the doors which close with such strange sounds. 5) The rooms have an unpleasant smell. We had to buy a spray to solve this. 6) Also, the registration were given only when we checked out- useless! And this is despite the everyday follow up. A lot of stress really. The price finally isn't reasonable for the quality of rooms, service, etc. Find something else instead of this hotel!!

room is spacious as per photo No hot water in cold climate. reception lady fool us telling there is hot water. when asked to repair the heater, she tells to use another room for bathing. they have installed cheapest heater which does not work. Housekeeping is done once in 3 days, after request. Receptionist understands only russsian. Couriers for food orders always have difficultly in locating the hotel, as there is another building adjacent. So, always face issue with delivery and language.

Worst Receptionists ever I have seen in my life. There are three girls working in reception. Initially they said my booking was not in this hotel. After 15 minutes of arguments, they realised my booking is confirmed in Voschod. The procedure started at 11:40 and completed at 13:00. ( They charged 1000rub, for early check-in). The receptionist is new and she doesn't know anything. Every time she was discussing with her seniors. We are with the baby and she was crying. But they are not worried. Finally, payment is done. Key card given, but it was not working. Return to reception. She said the card was not active because my payment was not showing in their system. I showed my bank statement that money was deducted from my bank. I sent that transaction receipt to Hotel's email. By that time, they realised they received money. Key card activated. The room was in bad condition. The bed was hard and making noise just by sitting. Very small bathroom. I booked a Jr.Suit. but it is very substandard and smells bad. The receptionist asked to check another standard room. We are tired of this hotel, and as payment is already done we just accepted the standard room for jr. Suit price. I recommend that you avoid this hotel.

Worst hotel to visit, the reception doesn’t speak English, no manager available, the phone number they would give you won’t answer, not available 24 hrs. I didn’t support any travelers to go there if you only speak English, arrived late, or expected any good moments. Although the location is great, but would you stay? I don’t know.

Elevators are always busy, so you can use stairs as training. Everything was bad in that place. The price isn’t appropriate to the quality. Dirty room, dirty bathroom, dirty dishes, totally disgusting. Also there are many questions to the cafeteria on the first floor. This food is good for homeless for free.
