This review is strictly service related. The restaurant is owned by a group that has other restaurants. We came here based on the experience of Louis Charden the previous day. There we were greeted with a smile, brought to a table, given menus and waitress Meri was phenomenal as well as the other 2 girls behind the counter. Here a complete disaster (food was very good) - 3 hostesses with no smile sitting on their phones, one decides to walk 20 feet in front of us to show to a table. Dropped the menus and left. No waiter or waitress came up for 15 minutes, just walked passed us. I had to get up and go to where 5 of them were just standing and talking. I asked them if I can order or just keep looking at the menu. They finally came to take order. Food came out and was very good. Again is not a review of their food. They did not come up once to see if we wanted anything else (don’t you suppose to upsell customers with more food or ask how the dinner is?) We finished and I had to yell to get a check. No dessert offered. This is just odd. We paid and left. If you just want to eat food and zero expectations of service then it’s ok and the prices are reasonable. If you want to have a great dining experience please choose another restaurant. This was the first restaurant in Yerevan that made us feel unwelcome. They should take a class from Louis Charden. For the owners of this restaurant, you should consider retraining the staff. Good luck in the future.

We had a great time here! The interior design is beautiful, and the place has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable. There’s a nice inner courtyard with trees, green spaces and cosy corners. The food was delicious and nicely served, with each dish looking as good as it tasted. The service was good too—the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the restaurant is expensive, so be ready for higher prices. It’s a lovely place to enjoy a meal with your friends, loved ones or special guests, or even for large gatherings, especially if you appreciate beautiful surroundings and great food.

Vostan is one of the best restaurants in the heart of Yerevan. Location is superb, but the decoration of the main entrance door is not suitable for the restaurant, many people pass it and they don't realize that this place is a restaurant. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Service is good. Prices are in mid range. Food is delicious, but need to change some items in Vostan set dishes. I recommend visiting this place.

Atmosphere and service were ok. The wine was ok. The food was below expectations. We tried 5 kinds of barbecue meat and they were all either too salty or too hard and dry. Only the minced meat kebab was ok.

I enjoyed it for what it was. Beautiful courtyard and for that alone it was worth the visit. Ordered the lamb kebab, disappointed that it comes alone and have to order multiple other dishes with it. Menu isn’t very descriptive so this is a challenge. Staff were friendly to me but hard to know who was waiting my table as there was a different person each time.

This is an absolutely superb restaurant with very good food and excellent service. The restaurant is located in the old spacious building that has a cozy yet luxurious feel about it. Highly recommended food, superb customer service and a live music will make your visit more o this high end restaurant a very special one.

Good food, wonderful inner garden located in the heart of Yerevan. Food in Yerevan is overall great and offers a lot options. Dolmas are perfect. Host and stuff are very welcoming, speak English and Russian and are glad to explain and suggest what to try.
