It was good for a price we paid. Room was nice and clean. House keeping was great. The only disappointment was breakfast. We are vegetarian, they did not have much options for us

This hotel is very good for the value. You won't find anywhere close at this price for the location, facilities, food and service. The staff are very friendly and always very helpful. A very enjoyable stay The Rasa restaurant has an excellent choice of foods and the price is very reasonable. The staff are very friendly. Bless you both & room 125 Updated 12/10 This was my second stay at the VOUK (Nusa Dua) and it was as enjoyable as the first time. It's outstanding value for its facilities and location. The staff are amazing and I must mention Rizal, Rujaya, Pasek and Kariasa who are lovely people and most friendly and helpful 🙏 Also Desak, Risma and Nita who work in the restaurant and once again are so friendly and helpful 🙏 I'm looking forward to coming back in the near future.

I stayed at VOUK Hotel for 2 nights and 3 days, and overall it was a good experience, especially considering the price. It’s much cheaper compared to other 5-star hotels in the Nusa Dua area, and the facilities are actually quite nice for the rate. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the building itself has a beautiful traditional Balinese design, which I really liked. However, there were a few issues during my stay. The phone in the room didn’t work, so we couldn’t contact reception directly. One night, an electrician had to come to our room to turn off the lights manually because the switch wasn’t functioning properly. The shower also didn’t drain very well, which was a bit inconvenient. Even with those problems, the stay was still pleasant and great value for the price. It feels like many places in Bali, beautiful design but could use a bit more maintenance. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable option in Nusa Dua with nice facilities and kind staff, VOUK Hotel is worth considering.

Not what I would rate 5 ☆. Maybe when it just opened but not as of 2025. Rooms -was upgraded to deluxe apparently. It was clean and has space. Not low ceiling. Has a TV with Xiaomi TV, Netflix and Prime. U will need to bring adapters. Workmanship sucks but in low light wont bother u as much. Peeling wallpapers as far and aesthetic goes. If it rains, your doorway gets flooded. There's a mini fridge which is cold, so thats a plus. Iron and ironing board in closet. Plenty of space for 3 carry-ons in closet. colourful Bathrobes. Our room has bathtub in it. Bathroom is spacious, with shower that fits 2 large adults. 😊 a spa-like tub. Water heating is reliable. Not scalding hot. Aircon is fully functioning and has good control panel. Room also has a balcony and sitting area outside . But our view was nada so didnt go out there much. Service I gave this a higher rating because the service staff here are extremely accommodating, polite and friendly. They greet you all the time, smile at you and make u feel so welcomed and grand. Good job. Always willing to help, not overly handsy. From concierge, reception to room service. They dont take long and always turn up with friendly manners. Housekeeping is trustworthy. Nothing upsetting so far. Location. Has minimart outdoor and restaurants and Market maybe 10 mins drive down. Plenty of spa services along the way. Hotel facilities Great pool. Breakfast is decent. KTV room is payable. Gym is clean and well kept. Has showers there. Games room and kids room are free. Spa available on site.

My friends and I stayed at Vouk for about two weeks for a wedding near by. The service, Staff attentiveness was the best. Thank you to Oktavia(always helpful and patient with me) and the rest of the Hotel Staff for a pleasant stay! Always going out their way to help out their guests. I really enjoyed going to breakfast every morning as well. Would love to stay here again when I am in Bali.

Our 1st stay (but if we come back to Bali) it wont be our last. Every thing was excellent especially the pool. Regular free shuttle bus to the Bali Connect shopping centre Both restaurants were lovely with plenty of staff. All staff were very attentive to our every need A much cheaper place than some of the bigger hotels and the beautiful beach is walking distance away (I'm 73). There is also a convenience store very close by. Thank you all we loved our stay with you.

Delicious breakfast with excellent service! Aria was friendly and attentive, making our morning start perfectly. Highly recommend! Thank you, Aria, for recommending this place, we'll definitely come back! Also, thanks for the Ubud tourist spot recommendations, can't wait to explore!
