VOUK Hotel & Suites Bali 5 star Hotel

I stayed at VOUK Hotel for 2 nights and 3 days, and overall it was a good experience, especially considering the price. It’s much cheaper compared to other 5-star hotels in the Nusa Dua area, and the facilities are actually quite nice for the rate. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the building itself has a beautiful traditional Balinese design, which I really liked. However, there were a few issues during my stay. The phone in the room didn’t work, so we couldn’t contact reception directly. One night, an electrician had to come to our room to turn off the lights manually because the switch wasn’t functioning properly. The shower also didn’t drain very well, which was a bit inconvenient. Even with those problems, the stay was still pleasant and great value for the price. It feels like many places in Bali, beautiful design but could use a bit more maintenance. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable option in Nusa Dua with nice facilities and kind staff, VOUK Hotel is worth considering.

A very good 5 star hotel at a value for money price in Nusa Dua. Beautiful pool and very attentive and friendly staff, especially the bell boys who are excellent at arranging transport. Although not beach front and away from restaurants etc the hotel has a free shuttle to Geger Beach which has fabulous water quality, beach bars and sun loungers for A$5 for the day. Also a shuttle to Bali Collection while taxi fares to town are A$6-7 while there is a Circle K across the road. After a 2 week stay I can recommend this hotel especially if you like watching monkeys getting up to mischief.

Our 1st stay (but if we come back to Bali) it wont be our last. Every thing was excellent especially the pool. Regular free shuttle bus to the Bali Connect shopping centre Both restaurants were lovely with plenty of staff. All staff were very attentive to our every need A much cheaper place than some of the bigger hotels and the beautiful beach is walking distance away (I'm 73). There is also a convenience store very close by. Thank you all we loved our stay with you.

This hotel is very good for the value. You won't find anywhere close at this price for the location, facilities, food and service. The staff are very friendly and always very helpful. A very enjoyable stay The Rasa restaurant has an excellent choice of foods and the price is very reasonable. The staff are very friendly. Bless you both & room 125 Updated 12/10 This was my second stay at the VOUK (Nusa Dua) and it was as enjoyable as the first time. It's outstanding value for its facilities and location. The staff are amazing and I must mention Rizal, Rujaya, Pasek and Kariasa who are lovely people and most friendly and helpful 🙏 Also Desak, Risma and Nita who work in the restaurant and once again are so friendly and helpful 🙏 I'm looking forward to coming back in the near future.

Vouk Hotel in Nusa Dua provides a truly welcoming experience with its warm hospitality, spacious rooms, and friendly service. And guess what; I do enjoy ny staying here.|||| The location is excellent, making it easy to enjoy the beauty of Bali while having access to complete facilities. ||||Some areas, like the gym and balcony, could be refreshed to match the high standard of the rest of the property, but overall the hotel remains a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

I had a fantastic experience at Vouk Hotel! The service was exceptional, and I want to give a special shout-out to one waiter, Novan. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, making my stay even more enjoyable. The view of the pool was stunning, and I loved looking down from my room—it added to the overall charm of the hotel. I highly recommend Vouk for its outstanding hospitality and beautiful surroundings!

The location is kinda secluded, a bit far from the beach, as well from any facilities such as convenience store, shops or cafes. The room was okay, nothing too special, most likely fit a 4 star hotel category. The service was friendly, the pool is huge, the food for breakfast was good. Parking lot is spacious, the gym was also okay. If you just want to stay at your room, you better buy supplies first before you arrive.

Fantastic resort! The people, best spa/ massages, fabulous food, amenities is 11/10!! You will love it here as much as I did. The pool is like the pictures in the website and clean, spacious rooms. The morning breakfast manager Edi, Spa massage therapist Arinani, the reception staff and bellboys - all the staff make you feel so welcome and want to truly make your stay a wonderful experience. Highly recommend the Vouk Resort in Nusa Dua.
