VOX Cinemas Mall of the Emirates

I went to the cinema vox today and had a beautiful experience. Kannan was my waiter for today i would love to give him a special thanks for his outstanding service and care i really felt very pampered he checked on me and gave me chocolat at the end which i really enjoyed he was giving me recommendation about food. Vox cinema you have a real kind professionalism staff ( Kannan ) he should become a manager cuz he really knows how to speak and to treat the client I would definitely come back✨🥹🥹💗💗 Thank you dear Kannan

I usually visit VOX for IMAX movies and specially for their epic Dew slushie and caramel & cheese popcorn. The staff are so friendly there and the ordering kiosk is perfect for fast orders and skipping the long queue. Their IMAX with laser screen is enormous and has an outstanding sound experience. I always enjoy the fresh meals and popcorn there and I am a regular visitor at VOX.

I had a great experience at VOX MOE today! I was buying popcorn and Mr. Khalid was incredibly patient and helpful. My baby was being very picky with flavors, and he took the time to explain the options and make sure everyone was happy. Really appreciate his kindness and excellent service. Thank you, Mr. Khalid!

The theatre is fantastic — great atmosphere, comfortable seating, and top-notch quality all around. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. A special shoutout to Kinan in the theatre lounge for his exceptional service and for going above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Highly recommended!
