VOX Cinemas Yas Mall

I had a terrible experience. I wasted around 3 hours of my day for nothing. The chair was broken, and I even fell once. After the movie ended, I went to complain, but they refused to connect me to the supervisor. I left my contact details, but no one followed up or called me back. It's not about the 75 AED I paid—it's about the time I lost. Instead of enjoying the movie and having a good time, I ended up frustrated and disappointed.

4DX was so fun! Literally got my body moving alongside the movie, and there's air and REAL water splashes. There's an option to turn off the water, though, if you don't like the idea of getting wet even by a bit. Also got myself a big popcorn of mixed cheese and caramel although I had to put it down on the climax of the movie since the chairs were literally shaking.

It's one of the best cinemas I have ever attended. Good choices of movies and good seats, customer service is very good and nice. The food was hot and fresh. They have the theatre's cinema which couples can have a peaceful movie with relaxed seats and food served after a while.

Paula, the supervisor at Yas Mall Cinema, is truly the right person in the right place. Despite my frustration over an app error that canceled my tickets in the THEATER screen, she handled the situation with calm, empathy, and professionalism. She quickly understood what I needed, offered complimentary IMAX tickets for the same movie, and even arranged to have the theater food delivered to my seat. Her response was immediate, thoughtful, and solution-focused. Paula has all the qualities of a future leader — attentive, proactive, and excellent in service recovery. Yas Mall Cinema is fortunate to have someone like her on their team.

Last night, we bought tickets for the 10:50 LILO& STITCHfrom the ticket machines at the cinema, but unfortunately, my daughter and I couldn't get seats together because all the seats were sold out and the cinema was very crowded. I asked the manager there for help, and he was a very kind man. He came to our seats and offered to help us so that my daughter and I could sit together and enjoy the movie. Another man who was in charge of the cinema and controlled the tickets was also very kind and helped us move around. The cinema was clean and cool, and best of all, the cinema staff were very professional and helpful.👍🏻

Fabulous, you need to enjoy one experience like this, even if you are not a Movie lover, the sound, food, comfortability of the place are amazing. My advise. "Download the VOX app and you can booking in advance the place you want"
