VOX Cinemas Yas Mall

I had a terrible experience. I wasted around 3 hours of my day for nothing. The chair was broken, and I even fell once. After the movie ended, I went to complain, but they refused to connect me to the supervisor. I left my contact details, but no one followed up or called me back. It's not about the 75 AED I paid—it's about the time I lost. Instead of enjoying the movie and having a good time, I ended up frustrated and disappointed.

It's one of the best cinemas I have ever attended. Good choices of movies and good seats, customer service is very good and nice. The food was hot and fresh. They have the theatre's cinema which couples can have a peaceful movie with relaxed seats and food served after a while.

Last night, we bought tickets for the 10:50 LILO& STITCHfrom the ticket machines at the cinema, but unfortunately, my daughter and I couldn't get seats together because all the seats were sold out and the cinema was very crowded. I asked the manager there for help, and he was a very kind man. He came to our seats and offered to help us so that my daughter and I could sit together and enjoy the movie. Another man who was in charge of the cinema and controlled the tickets was also very kind and helped us move around. The cinema was clean and cool, and best of all, the cinema staff were very professional and helpful.👍🏻

I went with my family to see mincraft today, i placed an food order where it had 4 kids meal ( choked popcorn ) , there was an incident where my order was mistakenly prepared. The lady who took my order from the start did not do anything about the incident she just kept telling me ( the chef has already finished cooking) . Big thanks to ( Kaila - hope I spelled it right, Nona , Rose , and Kudarat ) you guys worked in a very professional way , smiling and assuring me that i will get the order. You made my kids day 👏🏽👏🏽 If anyone is visiting Yas mall cinema , look for these kind ladies and i promise you that you will have the best cinema experience 😍

We attended the standard showing and weren’t impressed with the quality of the screen. There was a line in the middle that was visible throughout the film and the image wasn’t as clear as it could be. Even more, despite it being a nearly empty theatre, the women that sat in our aisle wouldn’t stop talking to each-other and taking pictures with their phone with flash on. It didn’t seem like there was any staff checking throughout to ensure a good customer experience like there is in most theatres I’ve been to. Far from being the best cinema experience overall.

Great experience in Max 1 - everything very nice for watching a movie there! Friendly staff - good experience. Just a pity, twice in a row, we have had disturbances by people not honoring the other moviegoers.

One of the worst experience for me recently when I visited on Saturday 24 May at 11:00 PM 4DX Cinema, The AC was very very Low I even Don't know if the Ac was Working or not I have Noticed Even the People Around me started to wave with any Paper to make Flow of AiR as the Weather was Too HoT moest of People was Sweating I left the movie in the middle of the Film and I didn't Find Anyone Outside to Complaint about that.

Vox Cinema Yas is always my go to place for movies and popcorns! The staff at the food stations are very friendly and positive energy. Kudos to Joy and Joe Mari today for letting the spirit of Christmas be remembered and felt with their very positive attitude to the customers. Staff like this must be recognized and given a better opportunity. I know they will contribute more to the company given a chance.
