Voyager Beach Resort

Our stay at Voyager was wonderful. The staff are very professional and friendly. They are welcoming. Their food is very tasty. Jeremiah who was in the service was very helpful and made us feel at home. We also enjoyed different activities. We had a lovely stay there. Keep up the good Job you are doing. Kawinzi USA.

Voyager has been such a great experience! The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, the food is great! They seem attentive to every detail. We had a rainy day and enjoyed games of ping pong and pool with Dennish, Edward and Caleb. They were just phenomenal. We had the massage too which was great with the background waves.

Voyager Beach Resort, Mombasa – May 2025|We, a group of 12 adults, had a truly wonderful 14-night stay at the Voyager Beach Resort in Mombasa this May (2025).|On behalf of myself, my wife, and our entire group – Asante Sana to all the crew at Voyager for making our holiday such a memorable experience.|Every single staff member we encountered was helpful, kind, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. It would be impossible to mention everyone by name, but we would like to highlight a few individuals whose service really stood out:|    •    Mr. Sammy – The Commander (Manager) of S.S. Voyager|Mr. Sammy is a real asset to the hotel. He made a point of personally greeting guests and ensuring that everyone was well looked after. Thank you, Sammy, for your warmth and hospitality.|    •    Valerie – Customer Support|From the moment we arrived, Valerie ensured our stay was smooth and comfortable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her.|    •    Godfrey – Chef|As a group with vegetarians, we really appreciated the variety of dishes available each day. Godfrey went above and beyond to cater to our requests and ensure we had delicious options at every meal.|    •    Dining Team – Patience, Brenda, Joseck, Rehma, and many others|Your attentive service and smiles made every mealtime enjoyable.|    •    Ben and Team – Kaskazi Bar|A special thank you to Ben and his colleague for setting up our card table every single day – it became such a lovely part of our daily routine.|    •    Dr. Elizabeth – Clinician|A huge thank you for taking such good care of some of our group members who required medical attention during the stay.|    •    Housekeeping – Alice, Reuben, and Sunday|Our rooms were always clean and well-maintained. Thank you for your dedication and friendly service.|    •    Entertainment Team – The A-Team|Nightly entertainment was superb! Each performance was high-energy and engaging. We especially enjoyed the afternoon games and pool activities – thank you for making it fun for everyone to participate.|The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained – with spacious areas full of lush greenery and swaying palm trees that added to the tropical feel of the resort.|Once again, a big thank you to the entire Voyager crew for giving us such special memories. We hope to return again one day.

There were ants on the floor in the rooms, but other than that, the rooms were excellent. The service was amazing, the shows were exciting and intriguing. The beach has a lot of seaweed, but that problem isn’t too fixable, there are also a lot of people trying to sell you stuff on the beach. Overall amazing trip. njoro is bad at granny

Very unpleasant stay. I returned back because I enjoyed our stay here a decade ago, noticed standards went really down. The washrooms at receptions area don’t match the rooms standards and quality …. Washrooms way better !!! Rooms very old and worn out, rails on balcony rusty, floor was sandy ( not sure if it was cleaned ?) AC big no no Didn’t cool and suddenly stopped working at all in the middle of the night Response from reception is extremely slow even for Kenyan standards !!! Just a complete disappointment

My stay was exceptionally great the staff with all bright smiles John,Stella,Beatrice, Edwin they were fantastic,the supervisors all brilliant. The hotel facilities were great clean and tidy very accessible. Housekeeping lady Alice thanks for keeping our room clean and tidy great attention to detail and very bubbly. Great experience all round! The Food is excellent, location great and the staff are amazing. I mostly loved the effort the hotel puts in to create a new dinner experience every night, just wonderful.

They seem overwhelmed....and when the numbers are good they tend to ignore others. Why would I be given a room with a 'wet paint' sign on the door and freshly painted walls? I booked for this vacation in March and really feel short changed. Ooh please carry your own in door footwear
