Our stay at this hotel during our first visit to Madrid for a conference was truly exceptional! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. We were especially impressed by the outstanding service provided by Raul and Paul. From offering excellent restaurant recommendations to making reservations at local eateries and shops, they went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. They even assisted with carrying our luggage to our room, adding a personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and incredible staff. We chose to stay in this hotel for our first visit to Madrid after reading reviews and struggling to find many decent options in our budget that were closer to the action. Its a very nice hotel and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was huge. The double bed is actually 2 beds pushed together, so you might find yourself falling down the hole in the middle :) The location is very quiet, we couldn't hear a sound in our room. There is a subway station very close y but it is a little deceiving as you have to walk about another 10 minutes once inside to get to the platform, as we found to be the case quite often in Madrid! Just something to bear in mind. If you have stayed in Madrid before then this could be a good option if you want peace and quiet. For me personally, I would prefer to sacrifice the size of the room and stay a bit closer to the action next time and I would recommend this for a first time visitor. The subway will get you anywhere you want to go, but we found we were spending more time travelling than we would have liked. But it depends where in Madrid you want to go. Also, please get some smaller coffee cups in the room to use on the coffee machine as the current ones are very big and barely fit! Otherwise, very good hotel.

Went there with some friends for a weekend of concerts at Athletico Madrid stadium. We choose the hotel because of its proximity to 4 Metro lines for ease of getting to the stadium, other tourist destinations, bus station, cafes and restaurants. Arrived late on Thurday, nearly 23:00, the reception was well manned and very helpful, as it was throughout our stay. The rooms were huge for what is normally a business hotel. The bathroom was well equipped, spacious and clean. Hairdryer, foot spa, sepate W.C. room and over bath well performing rainfall shower. The kitchen area included sink, 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave, crockery and utensils for 3x people. My only critique would be that there wasn't a dishcloth provided so I was unable to wipe down any mess made on the worktop. The sofa bed in the lounge area was comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space for 3x people. The beds were beautifully made every day, they had the best mattress I've slept on in a hotel and above all they were clean. The beds were on wheels and this made it a little tricky sitting up in bed, but not impossible. The TV was 40plus inches and had channels in multiple languages, only BBC world service in English, but that did not matter I wasn't there to watch TV. The curtains were great at blacking out light, but beware if your partner turns off the master switch, turning off all lights, including the bathroom, it's a long walk round the bed in the middle of the night to switch it back on. My only other critique is that the Nespresso coffee maker was in the bedroom, thus making it a long walk to the kitchen area for milk. This was easily solved by moving it to the spacious kitchen cupboard. The communal areas on the hotel are very clean and well appointed. There are 3 lifts which don't all go to every basement level, but this did not present any issues. The gardens are a nice breakaway area, despite being overlooked by residential buildings. The area of Salamanca can be explored on foot from the hotel and has a large selection of quality eateries and shops. Aldi is 5 minutes walk away and can sell you ingredients for the kitchen and coffee machine. Every interaction we had with the staff was professional and pleasant, more importantly they all seemed to enjoy working there which makes a difference. All in all a very welcoming and nice experience from the hotel and Madrid.

I was attending a workshop. The meeting room facilities were great and the catering was also very tasty with local ingredients!!

Modern, affordable hotel with amazing service and very clean rooms. Great attention to detail. Try the room service - you'll love how it's delivered and packaged! There were multiple power outages due to a boiler that had shorted and the emergency work that followed, but other than that the stay was entirely uneventful. I would choose this place again.

We had been in many hotels in our lifetime, but to find a affordable hotel with an excellent housekeeping, linens, towels, it is rare. Congratulations to the management of this hotel. The facilities are spotless, everything looks brand new. The only negative was a very weak WiFi. The human component is superb. 10 for housekeeping!!!

I chose this hotel fir this convenient location for the purpose of my trip. It is situated close to metro stations of 6 and 9 metro lines. My room was really big, with kitchenette (which I didnt realised at the time of my booking), big bathroom with all necessary toiletries. The bed was double, very comfortable. Everything nicely clean. It had safe box and Nespresso machine but coffee capsules are obtainable (to buy) at the reception. The light in the bathroom could be better, it was more atmosphere lighting than practical for putting make-up.The breakfast was decent, coffee (again Nespresso) was great. Good free wifi. Like in most hotels hanging your towel doesn’t really mean that they will not be changed - mine was despite of that. Though my coffee cup wasn’t washed thought but left unwashed - yes, there was kitchenette to wash it but there was nothing to wash it with. I would appreciate more for the dirty cup to be washed than for all decorative pillows and runners to be put again on the bed. I wouldn’t say that the hotel was noisy, possibly not appropriate insulation because if someone is talking on the corridor you could hear it and it could be annoying. Great, helpful, professional staff.

I would recommend this hotel 10/10! The room is BIG, unlike i am used to in a big city. The location was perfect. Within 2 minutes of the Metro and within walking distance of shopping streets. Futhermore, the service was incredible. Suitcases were carried to the room, free drinks were given when we waited for our taxi and the breakfast crew remembered your kind of coffee and brought it without asking! Especially Arian was incredibly nice. He was genuinely interested in your likings of the city, and incredibly helpfull during the whole stay!
